I have just returned from staying 6 nights in this apartment. All i can say is Wow.... what a beautiful,modern,and clean apartment.It is right in the heart of the old town of Nice,which i found to be the best place to be.There are more than enough bars and places to eat, all are literally on the doorstep. It is a 5 minute walk to the beach, and a couple of minute walk to the bus station,which is very handy for getting to and from the airport (at 4 euro per person) and getting to Monaco, Antibes etc. There is a supermarket nearby also. The apartment is well equipt, with a washing machine,kettle,cooker,and most importantly air conditioning,which was very useful after a day on the beach. I would definately stay at this apartment again, and am planning my next trip already! There are quiet a few steps to get up to the apartment,however this did not bother us, as it allowed us to have an extra ice cream a day!!!
The owner of the apartment- HARRY is more than helpful,and efficient,and will help you with any questions you may have.
For the price, this apartment is a bargain,thank you Harry,we had great time!!

We had a lovely time and the property is ideal for 2 people. It is in the heart of the beautiful Vieux Nice and about a minute's walk from the bus station, making it easy to take advantage of the very cheap and efficient bus service to other nearby places. We recommend Monaco and Antibes.

This is the third time we have been to Nice, and by far the most enjoyable so far! This was due to the fantastic apartment we were so lucky to stay in. It really is a luxurious aparment, in our favouruite part of Nice (the Old Town), close to fantastic restaurants, bus station (very easy to get to from the airport, and for trips out of Nice), and the beach. The air conditioning was amazing, the best we have experienced. It makes a huge difference to come home after a day on the beach and be able to get cool again straight away. It was clean & very nicely decorated. The owner is extremely helpful. There are a lot steps, but we didn't mind this. We would definitely recommend this apartment, and are hoping to return soon.
