This apartment is a completely refurbished apartment in the heart of Palma, right beside Plaza Mayor. It has 2 bedrooms and 2 modern bathrooms, a light living room which is fully equipped with leather sofa, sofa chair, DVD player, large flat screen TV, music player, etc. The living room opens to the long balcony where you have 2 chairs and a table to sit and enjoy a glass of wine. The apartment is decorated in a clean and elegant modern style, with white and grey and a touch of red. You have fluffy duvets and pillows, and all the towels you need. The new kitchen has everything you need in order to cook meals, with a large fridge and all the equipment you need. One of the best things about the apartment is the terrace on the roof, to which you have access to. The terrace has a nice teak bench and a table so you can sit and relax while reading a book.

Notes: The main bedroom has a double bed that measures 1,60 x 2,00 metres, 2 bedside tables, flat screen tv, a large wardrobe and big window to let the sunlight in every morning. The second bedroom has a bed that pulls out to be a double bed, as well as a chest of drawers. This room has direct access to the balcony, which means a lot of light all day! The new ample bathroom has a large shower, wc and washbasin, and is connected to the main bedroom. The second bathroom is accessed from the living room and has a shower cabin, wc and handbasin The open and light living room opens up to the balcony and is bathed in light all day. Here you have a comfortable sofa and arm chair, as well as a bookcase with flat screen TV, DVD player, etc. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, washer/dryer, oven, microwave, cooker, kettle, coffee maker, toaster, and large fridge to fill up with our local fresh produce which you will find in our local markets.
