All London's many attractions are either on the doorstep or easily reached by underground, bus or taxi. There are four underground stations within easy walking, Paddington, Lancaster Gate, Queensway, Bayswater. These stations are serviced by Central, Circle, District, Bakerloo and Hammersmith and City lines.

Notes to the rental rates

• No fixed changeover days. 25% deposit payable within 5 days of booking. 100% of rental fee and a refundable security deposit of GBP200 is payable 6 weeks before rental period starts. The security deposit less any loss or breakage costs will be refunded within two weeks of the end of the rental period.
  Cancellation policy: A full refund of deposit will be given, providing at least 60 days notice is given prior to the intended start of the rental period. If you cancel less than 6 weeks prior to your arrival we will only refund the nights that we will be able to re-let your apartment. Rest assured that we will do our utmost to re-sell the accommodation. Please note that all cancellations must be received in writing/ email. We advise all our guests to take out travel insurance.
  Payment is accepted by credit card via PayPal. There is a 4% charge for this service which will be added to your costs. Cheques and Bankers drafts in Stering and electronic bank transfers are also acceptable.
  
• EXTRA PERSON - it is possible to sleep a 6th person on a foldaway in the lounge. However you must request this in advance and there is a £10 per night extra charge for this (to cover extra linen, laundry and wear & tear.
  EXTRA DAYS -above a week days will be charged at the lowest season midweek rate i.e. GBP140.00 If you stay for more than a week, the price includes a weekly clean and change of bed and bath linen.
  The price includes gas, electricity, bed linen and towels, and weekly maid service. Tax is included. Tea, coffee, fresh milk and sugar are in the apartment when you arrive.You can gain access to the apartment after 2.30 pm on the first day of your stay. If you plan to arrive earlier, please let us know and if the property is ready, you will be able to move in at an earlier time.
  On the day of departure, please leave before 11am. This can sometimes be extended by arrangement.

There is a large variety of cuisines available locally in Bayswater ranging from economy to expensive. French, Italian, Chinese, Indian. Thai, Lebanese, Greek, Modern European, Spanish, etc. A little further afield and within easy walking distances there is an enormous choice of restaurant in areas such as Notting Hill, Edgware Road, Kensington, Marylebone and Bloomsbury Oxford Street, Regents Street, Harrods, South Kensington shopping are within easy reach and Whitely's Shopping Centre is located nearby in Bayswater. There are 83 street markets of London they are a real treat, especially those at Notting Hill, Camden and Portobello Road which are close by. Anywhere in London can be accessed by bus, tube and taxi, all easily available locally within 200 metres from the property.
