AUTUMN IN BARCELONA, still WARM WEATHER and NICE PRICES!!! 80€ per night for 4 people!! Nov 6th-9th warm weekend!! THIS APARTMENT IS IDEALLY LOCATED, NEXT TO GRAN VIA STREET, JUST A 8 MINUTES TO PLACA CATALUNYA. This lovely holiday accommodation is located a just 8 minutes by metro to Placa Catalunya and a 15 minutes to walk to the nicest beach in Barcelona and the Port Olimpic. It is close to the Gloriès Shopping Center, Sagrada Familia, Music Auditorium and the Placa de Toros Monumental. Living room: there are a sofa bed for two people, a bookcase, long windows onto the terrace, a TV, a HiFi/CD player and floor fans. Terrace with table and chairs. The kitchen is fully equipped with all cooking and eating utensils. Also, you can find a washing machine, microwave, gas stove, and fridge. In this area, also there is a big wooden table with 6 chairs. Two bedrooms: one master with a double bed and the other one with 2 single beds. Both is equipped with bed linens, towels.

Lovely, spacious apartment with all you may need for your holiday in this beautiful city. Great value for money. Clean and quiet within walkind distance to all means of transport.
Very decent and honest owner.
Couldn't imagine best place to rent for the money we paid.

Great location, close to anyhting you would ant to visit in the old city, and at the same time has the quality of life of an urban iddle class area. You can buy fresh fruit, fresh bread, fresh meat in a new york minute. The small but so delecfull restautant Las Piratas is located one down down. the appartment is clean, and the owners will give you the litlle extras you may need.

Close to The Arc, Segrada, Gothic, Placa Catalunya, metros...
