On the upper level are the master and twin bedrooms, both with balcony leading off and the spacious family bathroom with full bath. On the top level we have a private sun terrace with sun loungers. We also have satellite TV showing all the main channels, movies and Sky sports is installed for your entertainment and there is air conditioning to keep cool. There are tables, chairs and sun loungers for you to sunbathe, relax and dine outdoors and the resident's community swimming pool at the bottom of the road.

Notes to the rental rates

• BOOKING DEPOSIT
  To confirm a booking you will be requested to provide a non returnable deposit of £100 and then 8 weeks prior to the commencement of your holiday the final payment should be made. Receipts, terms and conditions and directions to the property will be sent direct to your home address or via email.
  A refundable security bond of 100 pounds sterling or 140 euros in cash is also payable on your arrival and this will be returned to you on your day of departure and only after the villa has been checked over.
  To cover the cost of cleaning and laundry after your departure there will be an additional cost of 60 euros to pay locally and on your arrival.
  
• SUPPORT SERVICE:
  You will be met on arrival at the property and a good support service is there for you during your stay.
  Should you be arriving after shopping hours we are able to arrange the purchase of a welcome pack on request.
  We can arrange the hire of travel cots, high chairs and other baby equipment, please enquire
  
• The price quoted is based on up to 4 people sharing. Air con is available for 30 Euros per week but please note the unit is downstairs only and can be paid locally.

Just a short drive from the villa are three superb golf courses and these are the championship golf course at Villamartin, not for the faint hearted is Las Ramblas golf course which is considered to be ¨one of the most challenging in Spain¨ and Royal Campoamor which must be one the most stunning courses. We can arrange for tee times to be booked on your behalf and provide further details of golf courses and prices on request. You can hire golf clubs at the golf course and will need to provide a handicap certificate.

What to Do

When not playing golf, lounging in the sun by the pool or on the beach there's plenty going on. Just a short walk to the bars and restaurants of Cabo Roig strip alongside the N332 coast road. Good food and live music in many. There are Markets every day of the week at various locations. Many interesting towns and villages to see. Only an hour away Head to Benidorm. Visit Mundomar the exotic marine animal park. Go wild at Aqualandia water park. Or spend the day at Terra Mitica one of the most beautiful and fun theme parks in the world.
