Located on the third floor of a 19th century building in via dei Gracchi, the apartment is full of light, spacious, beautifully appointed and ideally located. Large and tall windows in the every room and 3 of them look out onto Via Dei Gracchi. The high ceilings give the apartment a sense of spaciousness and each room flows effortlessly into the next. The entrance hall leads to a living room with sofa bed armchairs floor lamps, a room with a double size bed, armchairs and TV, a dining room with dining table , a sofa bed, book shelf and TV set. Continue to the kitchen fully furnished. The master bedroom, the bathroom and the powder room are at the end.

Apartment on via dei Gracchi

A party of 5, we had a very good time staying at 278, via dei Gracchi. The apartment is spacious, clean, and well equipped (washing machine, dish washer, large (for European standards) size refrigerator, etc…).
It is also very well positioned in Rome:
• Shops: Coin supermarket close by (walking distance: 350 metres)
• Gelateria (ice-cream shop) just exiting the apartment
• Public transportation: metro station Lepanto (walking distance: 350 metres) or bus (less than 100 metres)
• Saint Peter’s square or piazza di Spagna (walking distance: 1.5 km)
• Etc…

We liked it a lot and would recommend it to anyone visiting Rome.
