The villa has air conditioning in all rooms which can also be used to heat the property and because of its location is very suitable for family holidays. has a maximum occupancy for six people only . It is on a very small development of only 20 villas, with lawns and gardens, two pools one of which is for young children making it very safe for people with young families .These are maintained to a high standard . Beautiful views of Montgo (famous local mountain) whilst you relax , sunbathe , swim, in the lovely pools which are illuminated at night .The villa has a patio which is furnished to enable you to dine outside , The two upstairs bedrooms have their own terraces ,. Sun loungers with cushions provided . There is also vehicle parking at the front of the property which is situated in a cul-de sac therefore no main road. This makes it an ideal location for Valencia and Alicante airports, there is a train to and from Denia to Alicante. ALSO AVAILABLE FOR LONG TERM RENT.
