This splendid studio, overlooks gardens, has living room / bedroom, independent kitchen, shower room, separate toilet, balcony. This apartment is light, modern, very comfortable, renovated, second floor of three, with elevator, nice view, situated at 10 / 15 minutes from the centre of the town, beaches, shopping centre. The apartment consist of: Entry with closet, living/dining room with alcove for the double bed, furniture, television, opening on nice balcony trough sliding wide door. Kitchen, new, modern and opening also on balcony. Shower room, very attractive, comfortable. Toilet, new, independent. Balcony, furnished with table, chairs, deck chairs. Outside, a little park for this quiet residence, located in a nice area, close to grocery stores. A gate secure the property opening with remote control. Parking on the residence.

Ramparts of Antibes where we like to go for a stroll, while we admire the panorama, the coast, the harbour 'Vauban', most famous yaching harbour of Europe. In the 'old town' (Le Viel Antibes), you can find the Provençal market, its narrow streets, the cathedral, monuments, museums, will be you delighted. Do not forget the little paradise 'Cap d'Antibes ' with Chapellle de la Garoupe, and le path going along the seashore, fantastic !!! Le little train going to JUAN LES PINS through the historic ramparts and your return in the day at the time you like In Juan-les-Pins, you can enjoy, snacks, restaurants on the beach, and so many things to do, to see... Antibes being betwen Nice and Cannes, very easy to go for a visit on the 'Croisette' or 'Promenade des Anglais'.
