Puerto de la Duquesa is Costa del Sols 'best kept secret' with an excellent choice of restaurants, cafes and bars offering local and international cuisine, just 5 minutes away. The exclusive Sotogrande Marina, Puerto Banus and the lovely safe beaches of Estepona are a short drive away. The brilliant Selwo wildlife Park, Tivoli world zoo's and water parks are all within easy reach. Notes to the rental rates

  • Special rates for long term rentals. Price includes normal use of electricity and water.
    The apartment will be cleaned prior to your arrival with a change of towels and bed linen. For durations of 10 nights or more additional cleaning and linen change will be arranged.
    Extra cleaning can be arranged at a small cost if required.
    Please bring beach/pool towels.
    Grocery packs can be arranged at your request for a small charge.
  • A non-refundable deposit is required of £100 to secure the accommodation, the balance due 8 weeks before your planned departure or at time of booking if late booking. A security deposit of £150 is required with the final payment which will be refunded on return of apartment keys less any damages.
  • We ask clients if they can vacate the apartment by 11.00 on the morning of departure and arriving clients will have access after 15.30 on the day of arrival. This can be flexible depending on bookings.
    Details of access to the apartment, directions and local contact number will be sent prior to departure.
