Country villa, with fantastic views of the mountains and sea. set in 2.8 hectares great for peaceful walks and watching the wildlife. 4 bedrooms- 2 double beds and 2x2 twin beds also sofabed. bedroom 1 is mezzanine with a beautiful balcony with table and chairs and fantastic views of the sea and countryside. bedrooms 1,2 and 3 are downstairs. Luxury living room-with sofabed and large settee, woodburner, DVD player sky and French channels, plasma TV, bay windows with panoramic views. Kitchen- traditional Spanish open plan kitchen, with large dining area. Bathroom- toilet and shower. Utility room- washing machine, ironing board, iron and clothes airer. Outside- main terrace with 18sq metre swimming pool, gas barbecue, two eating areas, sun loungers and garden swing. This villa is set in a very peaceful and tranquil setting, perfect for walks and relaxing, but only a short DRIVE from the local town and the coast with beautiful beaches and plenty of Spanish bars and restaurants.

This villa is located between L`Amettla de Mar and El Perello and can be reached with only a short drive. The fishing port and beautiful beaches of L`Ampolla is only a 10 minute drive. The traditional village of El Perello still has remains of the Roman settlement, including roads and bridges.The village is famous for its traditional pressings of olive oil, and is the capital of honey production in Catalonia, also shops, bars banks etc. L` Amettla with its beautiful beaches and fishing port, restaurants, bars and shopping. The river ebro is only 30 minutes away, perfect for catfish and carp. Miravet a medieval hilltop village with its Tempular castle and potteries, reached by a 3 car ferry pully. Delta Ebre is very popular for its nature reserve, flamingos and wildlife, also rice production. Port Aventura and its sister water park great fun for all the family and only 35 minutes away.     A deposit of 25% will be required at the time of booking, the balance must be paid four weeks before arrival. The deposit is 300 euros for any damage caused, which will be refunded upon departure once the property has been checked. The cleaning and a welcome basket are included in the rates. If the rental period is more than a week , for the Saturdays between, we'll provide you with clean bedding and towels.And if you want us to clean the house during your stay we charge 25 euros

Notes: The villa is set in 2.8 hectares with plenty of room for children to play and enjoy the walks around the land and the area, you can also pick the lavender, wild herbs and olives if ready. The villa uses a a automatic solar system for power. The outdoor PRIVATE swimming pool is 9 meters long , 3 meters large, 1meter 20 deep; it's NOT AN OLYMPIC swimming pool, but NICE and SECURE for little children.

very nice, clean and peacefull place to stay.
Karon and don were very helpful took us too and from airport, helped with car hire went out and bought toys for the kids. Would recommend this to anyone to try
Didn't have to worry about kids with roads very safe and secluded area.
Just like to say thanks to don and karon for making us have a great holiday and stay.
