Dear friends, let me tell you about my beautiful and spacious apartment overlooking the beach. The situation is extremely convenient for Dalt Villa, the Historic Old Town and World Heritage Site. No need to drive into Ibiza Town to enjoy the cosmopolitan atmosphere, a small ferry sails between Marina Botafoch and Ibiza Town every 15 mins. Just a short walk away are the many designer shops and restaurants in the Marinas of Ibiza Nuevo and Botafoch and the nightclubs of Pacha El Divino and the 5 Star Hotel and Cassino. If its a more relaxed time you are seeking then laze by the spectacular swimming pool, sun-bathing terrace and gardens. If its people watching then choose the golden beach of Talamanca right on the door step it is the new 'IN' place to see and be seen.
