Situated in the charming village of Colonia San Pere the 3 bedroom townhouse is just 300 metres from the beach. The beach is good for children and very relaxed. There are many other beaches on the bay of Alcudia which are j just a short car ride away. Many of these offer excellent watersport activitiues. There are 5 excellent golf courses within easy distance of the village. The resorts of Alcudia, Can Picaforte and Porta Pollensa, all situated within 20 minutes drive all offer outdoor activities and nightlife. Colonia offers bars and restaurants, many situated along the seafront with an excellent choice of menus. There are 2 festivals in the village the most spectacular is the festival of San Pere in June. The other is San Antonio in January recommended for the excellent atmosphere and hospitality.
