The apartment is central for all the favourite locations. It has easy access for mountains, but close to the sea. Monaco, Cannes, Valbonne, Grasse, Gourdon and Biot all within short distance. Biot famous for its 'Biot Glass' and Grasse famous for it perfume. Gourdon a magical mountain village, with wonderful sea views, local perfume and pottery. Juan-les-Pins offers beaches with bathing and dining facilities. St. Tropez only 1hr 30min by car. Italy within a days drive. Antibes famous for its Old Town, is a wonderful place to spend a holiday on the Cote d'Azur, Riviera. It has something for everyone.

Additional information about rental rates

  • Linen and towels provided (beach towels not provided). A cleaning charge of 60 euros is to paid on arrival.
    The reservation is binding as soon as we have received an initial deposit of 25% Euros of the rent.
    Outstanding balance to be paid no later than 8 weeks prior to the start of the rent.
    For last minute or short notice bookings, the full payment will be required at time of booking.
    Security / Damage deposit for ALL bookings, 300 Euros, to be paid at time of paying outstanding balance, not later than 8 weeks prior to arrival. The damage deposit will be refunded in full within 4 weeks of vacating the apartment, providing there have been no breakages/damage. For any damage, the deposit will be refunded less the cost for breakages.
    Rentals between 1 Nov and 31 Mar incur additional charge of 25 euros per week to cover electricity costs.
  • Cancellations:
    If the booking is cancelled more than 8 weeks prior to the arrival date and rehiring is possible, the initial deposit, with deduction of eventual costs in connection with the rehiring, will be refunded. If rehire is not possible the initial deposit will not be refunded.
    If the booking is cancelled less than 8 weeks prior to the start of the rent and a rehiring is not possible, the tenant is obliged to pay the total rent.
  • We have a professional company whom will take care of you during your stay. Arrival dates and times MUST be arranged with the contact person not less than 4 days prior to arrival. Failure to do so, may result in a less desired check-in time, as this is arranged on a first come first served basis.
