This beautiful detached fully refurbished villa has been stylishly furnished to a high standard and is on 2 levels. On level 1. There is a separate Lounge, kitchen, dining area and cloakroom. The kitchen includes dishwasher, oven/hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, toaster, sandwich maker, iron with board. The lounge has 3 stylish sofas and has satellite TV which includes BBC1/BBC2/ITV/Chan 4 & 5 plus 2 sports, hi fi, DVD. The diner has table and chairs for 8 and doors leading to outside shaded terrace with stunning views. The lower floor has 4 bedrooms, 3 with en suite and doors leading to the pool terrace, bathroom and utility room. All bedrooms have Air con, ceiling fans and large fitted wardrobes. The large utility room has a washing machine. There is a safe for your use. The private heated pool is surrounded by a terrace with sunbeds and a large shaded area with table and chairs for 8, a BBQ is there for your enjoyment. There are splendid views of the sea from the terrace. Parking.

Callao Salvajei s a quiet residential area of southern resort in Tenerife. Statistically Callao Salvaje has more hours of sunlight per day than any other other areas in Tenerife. Villa El Jable is a 5 minute walk to the main area of hotels, bars, banks, restaurants, pharmacy, doctors, supermarkets etc There is a small friendly French bakers nearby that we highly recommend for all your fresh bread and cakes. The resort is a 10 minute drive from the busy Las Americas and Los Cristianos. The resort does have some late night bars with plenty of entertainment, and is also well known for some exquisite restaurants. The taxi rank and bus stop is a 5 minute walk for those wishing to venture out. The beach is a 8 minute stroll away that is half sand half pebble with many rocks and a jetty that is ideal for fishing, snorkelling etc. Both Costa Adeje and Abama golf course complexes are only a 10 minute drive away. There is a nearby tennis and fitness club. Ideal for families.

As I personaly meet all guests on arrival, you can pay me once you are here in cash, euros, travellers cheques or if you prefer eight weeks before your arrival date. We will of course reserve your dates for a couple of days once you have notified us that you want to book. We will confirm the booking and alter our calender once the deposit has been received.

We offer discounted Excursions to all our clients see below. The manager of this property lives 1 minute away. He is on hand at all times in case of any unforeseen matters. The owner also maintains the property on a regular basis in order to keep the villa to a high standard throughout. You will be greeted on arrival to be shown around the villa and to give general advice regarding the local area. We would also like to mention that the villa is in an established residential area therefore there is no building work going on near or around this property. Swimming pool: Our brand new heated pool has been constructed to the highest level by a local established company. Its main features is the roman styled steps that lead into the pool. The shallow end is approx 1 metre deep and the deep end is 1.2 metre deep.. It has been fully tiled to a high standard. The pool also boasts underwater lighting that compliments the exterior lighting of the property. The pool lighting and filtration system all works on a timer therefore there is no maintenance required. There is a safety ring nearby. The update and cleaning of the pool is all done by the owner. If you intend to use a pool whilst on holiday in Tenerife we strongly recommend that you choose a villa with a heated pool. Although the all year climate in Tenerife is probably one of the best in the world apart from the main winter months the temperature will drop in the evening, this will mean that the temperature in the pool will also drop. This is when you need the heater to top up the heat of the pool.

Other Activities: Go Karting, ten pin bowling, jungle park, Siam Park, aqua park 3 golf courses nearby and many other theme parks.

We just wanted to re-iterate how delighted we were with the accommodation at Villa del Carmen.

The attention to detail was the best we have ever seen in a holiday villa and the tiling, finish, decor, etc immaculate. Wonderful pool - exceptionally high standard all round. Many thanks.

Superb Holiday and Villa

Two families stayed at this villa, 8 people. Villa is completely modern and all new inside. The pool area is larger than we thought (picture doesnt do it justice). The villa was very clean and very spacious, loved the kitchen. Just a short walk into the resort which had realy lovely restaurants. This villa is ideal for a relaxing holiday and enjoyed a drink on the terrace watching the sun down go down with those stunning sea views, Beautiful, will return later in the year. Sean get the beer on ice for us. Thanks Karen and party.

Wir (4 Erwachsene und 2 Jugendliche) waren vom 02. - 16. Juli 2009 Gast in der Villa. Die Beschreibung der Villa hält in allen Punkten was sie verspricht. Sie ist blitzsauber und sehr schön und mit Liebe eingerichtet. Wem es zu heiß wird, kann sich auf der schattigen Terrasse wunderbar ausruhen oder sich einfach im Pool abkühlen.
Alles in Allem - ein gelungener Urlaub mit hohem Erholungspotenzial.
Ein Dankeschön auch an Sean, der immer erreichbar war und uns einige gute Tips für unsere Inseltrips gegeben hat.
