The apartment is located on the 2nd floor of a family-friendly apartment complex, which is situated amidst very well tended, green spaces. The complex consists of three row house type buildings, constructed in the typical Venetian style. Each of the three houses varies in the colors red, yellow, and blue. Every house has been divided into four residential units. The complex has a swimming pool and a wading pool for children. Each apartment has a parking spot on the grounds. Sun chair is available on the pool. The beach is free and about 150 m away. Various shopping opportunities are available nearby (50 m), as well as restaurants and pizzerias. The bus stop is also within walking distance, with regular connections to Jesolo Lido (about 2 km), as well as Punta Sabbioni and the marinas.

    Enquire directly with the agency about last minute prices! During the low season, should you wish, it is possible to arrive and depart on days other the Saturday.
  • Weekly prices of additional service (available for a fee): heating € 45, air-conditioning € 50, crib for a child under three € 30, final cleaning € 50. At the hand-over of keys, the tenant is required to pay a cash deposit of € 200. This will be returned upon departure, after inspection of apartment. Should any damages occur, these must be reported immediately to the agency by the guest. Arrival: The apartment is provided thorougly clean, and can be entered at 4:00 pm t the earliest. Departure: the tenant may clean the apartment himself before departure, should he wish (wash dishes, remove garbage, sweep and mop the apartment), or he may order our final cleaning service for a fee.
  • For organizational reasons, in order too assure our guests a quick and smooth departure, and as a courtesy to arriving tenants, we ask our tenants to observe the following rules: apartment inspection and repayment of the deposit takes place on the day of departure (Saturday) between 8:00 am and 10:00 am, only after the apartment has been completely emptied, and should the tenant have so desired, cleaned by himself. Should the apartment not be empty by 10:00 am, the tenant will be asked to leave immediately, and the cost of final cleaning will be deducted from the deposit.

Venice and its outback: Venice and its outback create an inseparable unity of art and culture, perfect for those who wish to experience the region's indescribable atmosphere. Man has created something truly great here: Venice. The artificially constructed city is based upon a human intuition, which acts contrary to nature's laws. The coast: a natural shelter for the entire region; the Great Council has been paying attention to it for centuries. The northern lagoon includes the islands of Murano, Burano and Torcello. An insider's tip: the less known, but no less charming islands of San Francesco del Deserto, Sant Erasmo, San Michele, Le Vignole, San Giacomo in Paludo etc. Some of these can be visited by bicycle, boats are available. The Riviera del Brenta: the famous villas and ancient summer country homes of Venice's most important families: Villa Foscari La Malcontenta, Villa Pisani, Villa Widmann Foscari, Villa Sagredo.

Golf: The new Jesolo Golf Club is about 4 km away. The course has 18 holes, as well as 3 additional fairways for beginners. It is suitable for tourists, but still gives one the feeling of a more difficult course. The many features which line the course, such as artificial lakes, make it a valuable training ground, even for the most experienced of players. It is perfectly suited for professional tournaments and championships. The topography of the stimulating playing grounds between holes, with their larges dunes, multifarious trees and plants, has been made possible by sandy soil. Thanks to the soil's perfect drainage, it is possible to play on this high quality course in all sorts of weather, and during the entire year.

Schön aber mit noch Potenzial nach oben

Die Beschreibung der FeWo im Internet war korrekt und so wie auch schon von anderen Reisenden (siehe unten) beschrieben. Dennoch hätten wir folgende Tipps für Interessenten:

- Die Länge der Betten beträgt 1.90m. Dafür sind sie unten offen. Allerdings waren in unserer Wohnung 2 der 4 Matrazen schon recht durchgelegen.

- Der Sauberkeitszustand der Wohnung ist wie im "Kleingedruckten" im Internet beschrieben: Besenrein. Zu große Ansprüche an die Sauberkeit sollte man da nicht stellen. Bei den Rückgabezeitpunkten der Ferienwohnung i.d.R. zwischen 8:30 und 10 Uhr am Samstag hat man ja schon rein zeitlich kaum die Chance selbst zu putzen und die bezahlte Endreinigung putzt wie offiziell dargestellt besenrein.

- Insgesamt ist die Wohnung eher sparsam ausgestattet. In unserer gab es z.B. weder eine Klobürste noch eine Spülbürste oder einen Spüllappen. Auch werden laut "Putzprogramm" von der Putzfrau alle verbliebenen Lebensmittel der Vormieter entsorgt. Ich empfand es in vielen früheren Ferienwohnungen als angenehm, wenn mal hier und da
ein paar Gewürze, Essig, Öl ... von den Vormietern zurückgelassen werden, oder man selbst etwas da lassen kann, in der Hoffnung, daß die Nachmieter dafür vielleicht Verwendung haben. Auch die Töpfe waren sehr einfach gehalten und hatten keine isolierten Griffe. Da muß man sich im heißen Zustand schon was einfallen lassen...

- Bei uns war auch die Glühbirne im Bad von Anfang an defekt.

- Bei der Vereinbarung was für eine Wohnung man möchte, sollte man genau aufpassen, da es hier leicht zu Mißverständnissen kommen kann: Wir wollten eine Wohnung "ganz oben" und bekamen darauf hin eine im 1. Stock angeboten. Im Internet klang für mich die Beschreibung so, als ob es nur EG oder 1. Stock gäbe. Leider hatten wir dann eines der wenigen Häuser mit 3 Stockwerken erwischt, und hatten noch eine Partei über uns.

- Die Übergabe der Wohnung erfolgte bei uns in beiden Fällen (Übernahme und Rückgabe) sehr freundlich und unkompliziert.

Urlaub mit Sonnenscheingarantie

Die Angaben im Inserat waren korrekt. Die Wohnung und die Anlage sind gepflegt und sauer.
Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind gut zu Fuß zu erreichen.
Der Strand ist nur 2-3 Minuten entfernt und nicht so überlaufen, zumindest am Anfang des Sommers. Cavallino ist eher ein ruhiger Ort, familiär ohne große Hotels.
Die Schlüsselübergabe und Rückgabe auch außerhalb der Bürozeiten war problemlos, ebenso wie die Rücküberweisung der Kaution.
Ein Besuch in Venedig lohnt sich auf jeden Fall.

Die Anlage Le Briccole ist sehr gepflegt und ruhig. Die Angaben im Inserat entsprechen den tatsächlichen Gegebenheiten. Poolreinigung erfolgte jeden Morgen.
Die Ausstattung und Einrichtung der Wohnung ist in Ordnung, alles Nötige vorhanden. Etwas vermisst haben wir einen Backofen. Besteck nicht unbedingt robust.
Die Anlage kann von mir jederzeit weiterempfohlen werde. Preis-, Leistungsverhältnis ist nach meinem Urteil ok.
Schöner feiner Sandstand mit freundlicher Bar, zivilen Preisen und nur wenige Minuten von der Anlage entfernt.
Wohungsübergabe war ganz problemlos, auch bei der Abreise. Deutschsprachige Mitarbeiter im Immabilienbüro halfen schnell und unbürokratisch weiter.
In der Nähe gibt es 3 Restaurants, die vorbehaltlos empfohlen werden können, was den Preis als auch den Service anbetrifft.
Ein Vendigbesuch ist von Punta Sabbione aus per Schiff gut zu machen. Internationales Publikum.

Die Anlage Le Briccole ist sehr gepflegt (tägliche Poolreinigung, 2 x pro Woche Mückenbekämpfung!). Die Angaben im Inserat entsprechen den tatsächlichen Gegebenheiten.
Die Ausstattung und Einrichtung der Wohnung (Nr. 11) ist in Ordnung, alles Nötige vorhanden.
Schöner feiner Sandstand mit freundlicher Bar, zivilen Preisen und nur wenige Minuten von der Anlage entfernt.
Ein Vendigbesuch ist von Punta Sabbione aus per Schiff gut zu machen. Kinder finden leicht Anschluss, überwiegend deutsche Urlauber.
Einziger Minuspunkt: Die Betreuung durch die Mitarbeiter des Immobüros: Unfreundlich bei der Schlüsselübergabe und bei der Abnahme der Wohnung am Abreisetag fühlte man sich an den Stubendurchgang bei der Bundeswehr erinnert.
Owner's Response: Jeden Samstag reisen sehr viele Gäste ab- und wieder an.
Wir versuchen am Abreisetag bei der Wohnungskontrolle mit gleichzeitiger Kautionsrückgabe die Gäste nicht unnötig warten zu lassen, da vielen eine lange Reise bevorsteht. Dasselbe geschieht umgekehrt am Nachmittag, bei der Anreise mit check-in, Schlüsselübergabe und Registrierung der Daten. Wir möchten unseren Kunden nach einer langen und stressigen Anfahrt unnötige Wartezeiten ersparen. Einige Mitarbeiter beherrschen die deutsche Sprache nicht perfekt aber die freundliche Betreuung unserer Gäste erfolgt in jeder Angelegenheit und ist eine Voraussetzung für einen treuen Kundenstamm.

Ab in den Süden

Es handelt sich um eine nette, überschaubare Anlage.
Wartung und Pflege des Außenbereiches wird groß geschrieben.

Der Sandstrand ist in 2-3 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar.
Da dieser kaum bewirtschaftet ist kann man seine (mitgebrachten) Liegen selbst an der gewünschten Stelle aufstellen. Für Kinder ist sehr viel Platz vorhanden.

Von Österreich und Deutschland aus ist man relativ rasch in Cavallino . Im Ort gibt es zahlreiche kleinere und größe Supermärkte für den täglichen Einkauf. In Jesolo ist man mit dem Auto innerhalb weniger Minuten.

In unmittelbarer Nähe befindet sich die Pizzeria Lanterna mit guten Pizzen. Darüberhinaus gibt es zahlreiche Alternativen binnen 1-2 Kilometer.

Einzig die Ausstattung mit Geschirr und Gläsern lässt gegen Saisonende zu wünschen übrig. Wer sich öfters selbst verpflegen möchte sollte das eine oder andere Equipment mitnehmen. Hier wäre es schön wenn die zuständigen Agenturen zwischendurch für Nachschub sorgen könnten.

Zahlreiche Stammgäste sprechen für das stimmige Gesamtangebot der Anlage.
