This brand new four bedroom, three bathroom villa is waiting to be booked up. Less than one year old, it has been furnished to an exceptionally high standard. It is located on a very popular sub division which provides a quiet and tranquil setting. The house offers guests everything they need to make their stay one to remember. There are two living areas, one formal and one for the family to relax and watch TV and the extensive cable channels provided. There are three dining areas, the formal dining area, the kitchen area and outside on the pool deck. The master bedroom has a king bed, flat screen TV/DVD, walk in closet and ensuite bathroom with a deep tub and walk in shower. The second bedroom has a queen bed, flat screen TV/DVD and has the use of it's own bathroom that leads out to the pool. The other two bedrooms have twin beds. There is an oversized pool deck with a west facing pool allowing you to enjoy an evening swim in the sun.

Orange Tree is within easy reach of all the theme parks, it is approximately 15 minutes from Disney, about 25 minutes from Universal, and 20 minutes from Sea World. Only an hour away is Busch Gardens and Kennedy Space Center. The shopping malls are all within 30 minutes and these including the famous outlets of Prime 1 (formerly Belz) and Orlando Premium and The Florida Mall and Mall at Millenia. Restaurants are really close with major chains starting as close as 1 mile away. Beaches can be found on either side of Florida, both about 1 hour's drive away. Orange Tree itself is on the US 27 and has a State Park only 5 miles north which has a nature trail and beach. The small town of Clermont is quaint and worth a visit to see local shops. There are different supermarket and pharmacy stores within 3 miles of the home. On the sub division there are plenty of streets to walk around, in the centre there is a tennis court, basketball and football pitch as well as 2 childrens play areas.
