The accommodation itself is extremely spacious with 3 bedrooms and two bathrooms. The master with full en-suite facilities. with a further double and twin room ideal for children. Fully equipped kitchen with large washer and dryer (no need to take dirty clothes home) Extra touches include, TV & DVD player in lounge and master bedroom with a selection of DVDs for adults and children. PS2 games console with games. Books and board games supplied to keep you entertained and even beach towels for the pool area. High chair and cot/playpen provided for younger kids. GREAT VACATION

the condo was well presented, clean and comfortable malcolm and i *carole* spent a month there and we would recommend it to all who can climb 1 flight of stairs,
the area was quiet and nicely kept and the parking was plentiful,
the main road the 192 was 30 seconds up a side road so getting to the parks was easy,
we enjoyed it so much we hope to stay there next year.

Wonderful vacation home, easy/close to Disney

We are a family of 5 and found the condo to be quite spacious and comfortable for all of us. The master bedroom is not right next to the other bedrooms and it was very nice to get away from the noise of the kids after a day at Disney. We slept very comfortably on the beds and loved having a TV in the master bedroom.

The living/dining room areas were very clean and home-like and our kids enjoyed watching movies and playing video games. We were able to cook many of our meals and eat together at the large dining room table.

The pool/hot tub area was beautiful and well-maintained and not too crowded. The grounds were nicely kept, and the view from the screened-in balcony was very nice. The complex was quiet and we were able to park directly in front of the unit.

It was very easy to find our way to Disney World and other attractions because the condo is located not far off a major highway (192). It took maybe 15 minutes to get to Magic Kingdom from the condo. There are lots of stores and restaurants nearby but the condo itself is located in a residential area. We did our grocery shopping at the Super Target which was just a mile or two away.

The owner, Mark, was a pleasure to deal with and was responsive to our questions. His description of the condo is accurate. We will definitely recommend this condo to friends and will stay here in the future.

Home from home in Florida

We have been visiting this area for over 25 years and this property is the best value for money we have ever had.

Beds were comfortable, kitchen very well equipped, location first rate. We felt at home the moment we stepped through the door into this spotless condo.

I shouldn't be giving such a good review it will be booked up for next year.

Excellent vacation home

We stayed for two weeks in July/August and Mark’s condo definitely exceeded our expectations.
From the beginning, during the reservation process, I had a very good communication with Mark, the only downside was that payment could only be done via bank check or money transfer. I would have preferred credit card or PayPal.
When we arrived, we found the condo even better than the description, everything new, clean, well equipped, excellent location, quiet area etc.
I often book accommodation on internet and we have had good and bad experience. With Mark’s condo, you will not get disappointed, a five star premise at the price of a three star.

Location, Location, Location!!!!

Stayed at this fabulous location at the beginning of July and found it to be close to all the parks, and shopping malls. The condo lived up to all our expectations. It was brand new, spotless and had everything we needed. It is a safe, quiet complex and on a lot of the days we even had the whole pool to ourselves. We booked the condo at the last minute and found Mark the owner to be extremely helpful and provided us with excellent customer service. He has gone the extra mile by adding a playstation, dvd's and board games for the kids. We felt right at home and would certainly recommend this condo for any family, the interior was super and its in a great location. Thanks to Mark we had a fantastic holiday and would certainly have no hesitation in returning.
