This holiday apartment is on the ground floor, has large terraces with sea views & are only 60m from the beach & less than 3 min. walk to the charming harbour of Sutivan with its quayside cafes and restaurants. The holiday apartment has air-conditioning, is beautifully furnished & equipped to a high standard incl. fully fitted kitchen with dishwasher. Surrounded by trees and traditional Croatian stone houses the apartment is in a delightful setting with its own private large terrace with table and chairs. Bed linen and towels are provided. There are two good sized bedrooms - 1 double / 1 twin. The lounge/dining room and kitchen area is open plan with double doors leading onto the terrace with sea views. Sutivan gets lively in the evenings, especially in July and August - local music in the town square & many festivals to enjoy, i.e. the Fisherman's festival with free fish & wine - the local people certainly know how to enjoy themselves and encourage you to join in.

The apartment is of new build, is air conditioned and has recently been furnished to a high standard, i.e. well equipped Italian kitchen, leather seating, fully fitted bedrooms. The apartments have an open plan living area with double doors leading out onto the terrace with sea views and a table and seating for 4 people. The master bedroom has a large double bed, ample wardrobes and doors to the terrace. The second bedroom has two twin beds and fitted wardrobes. A parking space is available for your use. We provide an Information Pack detailing places of interest, brochures and a map of the island. A chargeable babysitting service is also available - our representative will organise this for you.

Sutivan is a picturesque fishing village with a harbour surrounded by bars and restaurants. The atmosphere is very friendly and the evening sunsets are breathtaking. There are many beaches to choose from, either family or activity oriented, secluded or naturist depending on your preference. The coastal villages & inland fortress towns & the central mountains clad with olive groves are a joy to explore - the island is a walkers paradise - there is also a frequent bus service. Brac is a beautiful island - the crystal clear waters are ideal for swimming, diving, snorkeling, wind surfing and sailing. An open air market and two supermarkets cater for your daily needs. Flights go to Split from Gatwick, Bristol & Heathrow. There are also charter fllights available. Split airport is 25 mins by coach to Split port where you board the ferry to Brac. At Sutivan you will be met by our Representative and handed a pack containing lots of local info. & brochures.
