This very nice, one-room apartment was completely renovated and refurnished in 2006. It is located on 1st floor of a house with an elevator. The total area of the apartment is 50 m2. There is one room with two single beds, a convertible sofa, that can be folded out to make another double bed and a satellite TV (300 channels), a separate fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom with a bathtub and a separate toilet. There is a small balcony by the kitchen. All rooms ( room, kitchen, bathroom and a toilet) have separate doors from the entrance hall. The building where the apartment is located, has a covered, non-stop guarded garage. There is possible to park for CZK 400 (€18) per 1 day (24 hours). As the apartments are located in the tourist centre of Prague, it is not necessary to use the city public transport. You can walk to most of the historical sights, as well as to dozens of restaurants, bars, pubs, discotheques and night clubs.
