Arriving at 'Casa Germira', on the hill side, near Forte Dei Marmi one is impressed by the beautiful location with panoramic sea views and the Versilia Riviera. In a clear day are visible on the horizon the islands of the Tuscan Archipelago (Gorgone, Capraia, Elbe) and Corsica, the glow of sunset and the city lights at night .

BY CAR: from A12 motorway: Take exit VERSILIA and continue in the direction of Forte dei Marmi / Seravezza (two traffic lights and two roundabouts – Km 1.9 ). At the second roundabout turn right towards Seravezza (three traffic lights – Km 2.9). At the third traffic light (location Ripa) turn left towards Strettoia (Km 1.7). Just before entering the village square, turn slightly right at via Casone (100 m), then slowly turn right at via Strinato on a ramp uphill.
