Kedros Villas is a 9 newly built private villa complex, 12,800 sq.m. in size situated on a gently sloping hill in Agios Prokopios/Stelida, Naxos, with views of the port and sunsets over the sea, nestling amidst a landscape of cedar trees and prehistoric granite. The orientation of the villa is such that that it remains cool during the summer and maintain a stable temperature during the winter months. The villa is constructed, decorated and furnished using natural materials: the floors are made of marble (chiefly white, from Naxos) or solid oak, the paint used on the walls is environmentally-friendly, and all the furniture is made of natural wood.

It consists of two floors. On the upper floor there is a double bedroom with bathroom and large, furnished veranda with pergola and view of the sea; on the lower floor an open-plan fully equipped kitchen and living room with WC. The kitchen door leads to a large terrace with pergola and seating area and the living room opens on to a small, furnished veranda with arches. You can enjoy the sunset from the upper floor veranda and the terrace.

Agios Prokopios (800 m. to the south) is one of the most beautiful beaches on Naxos, with its white sand and crystal clear sea. At the village of Agios Prokopios you can find a variety of seafront restaurants, taverns and pubs, shops, a mini market with all the general supplies, a pharmacy, a butcher's shop and a gas station.
