3 Bed Villa with stunning views to Africa, Gibraltar and mountains

This is the first time this villa has been advertised to rent. An ideal place to de-stress. Peaceful, but close enough to the action if you want to visit Marbella, Puerto Banus, Laguna Village or Estepona. Anyone wishing to explore can drive further afield to Granada, Seville, Cadiz Jerez or countless other places. Here you have the benefit of villa living with good sized pool, or you can go beachside at only 2 kilometres, where you can hire beds for the day and lunch out. The views are amazing - ranging from Africa, Gibraltar, the wind turbines on the horizon (c 20 kilometres ) and the Bermeja Mountain immediately to the right of the house - sunsets can be spectacular. The villa is completely detached, with garden to all four sides, so depending on your preference, you can find both sun and shade, all day long. This property is not suitable for children under 6 years old.

The ground floor has been designed for the owner who is permanently in a wheelchair. It has been fitted with wide doors, roll in /walk in shower and the 3 patio windows all have ground level runners so easy access is guaranteed. If you want to de-stress then you can laze at the Villa, watch the many species of birds, admire the views and have a barbie and drinks in the evening, followed by a swim in the lit pool- most of our friends are de-stressed in two or three days! You also have the benefit of easy access to many places, if you want to sample restaurants, activities or just sightsee.
