Decorated and equipped to a high standard, it is an ideal destination for a relaxing home-from-home holiday, where you rarely need to leave the villa, as well as offering a great base for exploring the local Andalusian surroundings. The villa sleeps 6 comfortably with large living area, modern kitchen-diner, 3 bedrooms – master with en-suite - second bathroom, cloakroom, and outside shower/changing room next to the pool, extensive patio with loungers and sofas, sun terrace and outside covered dining terrace.. Less than 10mins away is the charming town of Estepona, with bustling markets and port. The property is on two levels and the pool is fenced from the terraces, but not from the garden and so young children would need to be closely supervised

The ground floor has been designed for the owner who is permanently in a wheelchair. It has been fitted with wide doors, roll in /walk in shower and the 3 patio windows all have ground level runners so easy access is guaranteed. If you want to de-stress then you can laze at the villa, watch the many species of birds, admire the views and have a barbie and drinks in the evening, followed by a swim in the lit pool - most of our friends are de-stressed in two or three days! You also have the benefit of easy access to many places, if you want to sample restaurants, activities or just sightsee.

We stayed at the villa 12th-26th September and had a wonderful holiday.

Very comfortable accommodation and fabulously equipped. Outdoor space is excellent and the views are stunning.

A wonderful holiday -the villa is perfectly set up for a relaxing holiday with everything you could want to hand. The pretty garden and views were lovely and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. It was very difficult to prise the children away from the pool for days out exploring the surrounding area. When we did manage it, we particularly enjoyed a trip to Gibraltar which included a boat trip out to the Straits
and dolphin watching!

Absolutely Awesome villa and surroundings

Didn't want to come home! The villa was extremely clean, spacious and well maintained. The owners sent us various information of interest prior to our departure which we have never had before. They had even left out for us a folder containing the operation manuals for the dishwasher and washing machine etc. Nothing was too much trouble. customer service was excellent. It was clear to see that the owners furnished a lot of tender loving care on their spanish home. It was like a home from home. There was a welcome pack awaiting our arrival which was extremely appreciated due to our arrival time at the villa. There was a lady from the Management Company to welcome us and show us around the villa. She was lovely. Nothing was too much trouble although we didn't have to call on her at all. Always a good sign. The garden was a lovely size and absolutely gorgeous (typically mediterranian). The terrace outside the lounge was a godsend to escape the mid-day heat and spend the evenings with its comfortable rattan furniture (not a plastic chair in sight)! The air conditioning was also a godsend and a must. We visited various nice restaurants and they all served good food (no complaints). We visited Tarifa amongst other places and liked the old town with its quaint narrow streets and fish market etc. Two words to sum up our stay .................. SIMPLY AWESOME!
