This delightful villa situated in a small, luxury development overlooking the pool has stunning panoramic views of the sea and mountains. Close to the beach and local amenities (traditional tavernas, supermarkets and shops) it is ideal for a relaxing holiday. The villa is highly equipped with modern facilities for your convenience and has a spacious newly fitted kitchen with patio doors leading to a shaded patio with table and chairs ideal for BBQs with friends and family overlooking the beautiful pool. The kitchen leads to an open plan lounge and dining area with a further 2 patio doors overlooking the pool. The villa has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The master bedroom upstairs leads to a large balcony fully equipped with luxury table and chairs to sit and enjoy the sea views, the second bedrooms has French doors leading to patio and garden area. The villa is fully air-conditioned for your comfort with all bed linen, towels - including beach towels and sunbeds provided.

Kournas Beach Development is located in the village of Asproulianos close to Kavros which is a large village containing many tavernas and supermarkets catering to all your holiday needs. It is ideally situated close to Lake Kournas an area of outstanding beauty. This stunning fresh water lake is habitat to turtles and many varieties of birds, small boats can be hired or sit, relax and enjoy the view from one of the taveras. Georgioupolis is approximately 5 minutes by car. This small town has a square with many bars, restaurants and tavernas. The beautiful beach starts at Georgioupolis and stretches 6km towards Rethymnon. Rethymnon is approximately 20 minutes by car. This lively, modern location has a busy nightlife enjoyed by all ages. Chania is approximately 45 minutes by car and has a pretty harbour with many restaurants to relax and enjoy. On the beach you can simply sit and sunbathe, take a break in one of the beach bars or experience one of the water activities available.

We were the guests of Mr. and Mrs. Barr for a week and we are very satisfied about the correct information on the site. The villa is complete equipped, very new and clean. Also the services from the building management was fast and friendly; after a power failure they reacted very fast even if it was after the working hours. It is a recommended place for spending a quiet beach vacancy but there are also a lot of nice places to be visited near the property. A car is needed at least till the municipality will build a shorter road to the beach which is in fact very near.
