This apartment has just become available from July the 1st after a long term rental. Residencial de Paloma is a relatively new, well maintained building very near to Paloma Park and 10 minutes from the beach. This self-catering apartment is a spacious 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment on the second floor with a west facing sunny terrace. Furnished and equipped to a high standard with modern furniture, it has a fully equipped kitchen. The building has its own enclosed gardens and pool.

The apartment is ideally located in the centre of Benalmadena Costa overlooking Paloma Park. With its ponds & gardens where rabbits, hens and other animals run free, Paloma is a great place for an evening stroll or to laze on a sunny afternoon. Just beyond the park, 5 minutes walk away is the Dolphin Centre where you can watch dolphins & seals put on a show before heading to the parrot show and penguin house (honest - the coolest spot on the Costa!) The beautiful sandy beach is 10 minutes walk away and a further 5 minutes takes you to the magnificent marina which, as well as hundreds of boats, has excellent shops, restaurants, bars, clubs and a Sealife Centre 5 minutes in the opposite direction takes you to Arroyo High St and train station. The trains run every 1/2 hr between Fuengirola and Malaga and lots of stops between. Also in the area there is Tivoli World (fun park) Crocodile park, Cable car to mountains, Aqua Park and of course, approx 50 Golf Courses within 1 hrs drive.
