This thoughtfully furnished apartment offers a home-from-home holiday experience. There are 2 double bedrooms with fitted wardrobes, lounge with 2 large 3 seater sofas, one of which opens into a comfy double bed, a TV, DVD player & stereo. The dining area seats 6, and there's a table & chairs on the balcony which overlooks the pool area - ideal for al-fresco dining. The kitchen has modern fitted units and is well equipped with plenty of cutlery, crockery & cooking utensils, fridge-freezer, hob, microwave/combi oven, washing machine, iron & board. Fans & radiators in each room ensure all-year round comfort. For families with young children, there's a cot, high chair, steriliser, toys, books & baby monitor. The central communal area has an expanse of tiled sunbathing terraces with benches, fountain and 2 pools - 1 especially for children. Further terraces can be found on the roof, which boast beautiful views of the salt lakes and across the town to the sparkling blue Mediterranean sea

The apartment is in a great location close enough to Torrevieja town to access all it's facilities, but far enough to enjoy some peace and quiet! It's just a short walk to the the Park of Nations, shops, bars, restaurants, marina, funfair, market, beaches, Aquopolis water park, Habaneras shopping centre, Ozone game, cinema & bowling complex. As well as the blue flag beaches of Torrevieja and La Mata, Guardamar is just a 10 minute drive, as are Punta Prima, Cabo Roig, and La Zenia. The salt lakes and La Mata are not to be missed, and for keen golfers there are at least 4 championship golf courses to be found locally - Villamartin, Campoamor, Las ramblas and Montesinos. La Manga would take maybe 40 minutes. Great days out could include the La Manga and Mar Menor, Alicante, Elche, Murcia, Orihuela, Elche, Benidorm (just an hours drive) and not to be missed if you love a scenic drive is the magnificent Guadalest. Terra Mitica, Terra Natura theme park, Aqualandia and Mundomar 1hr away

Golfing Holidays: Why stay on a golfing village where you're stuck with the same courses each day and the same bars and restaurants each night, when you can enjoy a much wider choice of both? This apartment is located within a 10-15 minute drive of at least 4 championship golf courses - Villamartin, Las Ramblas, Campoamor and LLos Montesinos, Within a 30 minute drive there are plenty more to choose from. There is a secure underground garage beneath the complex with an allocated space, so parking will never be a problem. When night time comes, there are an array of bars and restaurants that line the streets of Torrevieja serving mouth-watering cuisine of every type. There are British bars, sports bars, Irish bars, Karaoke bars and of course many traditional Tapas bars. You certainly don't need to go hungry or thirsty here...

Family holidays: This apartment is ideal for families with children. It is well equipped for babies and toddlers - no need to struggle with a load of excess baggage, as much of what you'll need is already here - there is a cot, high chair, cold water steriliser (please bring your own tablets), baby monitor, baby and toddler toys, games, books & DVDs etc... The complex is secure and features 2 swimming pools, one of them especiallly for children. You will find many facilities for families are within easy walking distance including a large park with playground and wildlife, beaches with play areas, fun fair, waterpark, cinema, bowling... The nearest supermrket is just a 2 minute walk, and a further 24 hour supermarket is just 5 minutes walk.

We had a great holiday staying at this apartment. Swimming pool was soooo refreshing and available for use until 8pm everyday. Supermarket just downstairs which stocks most uk brands. Friday market ( largest street market in Spain ) was a mere 3-4 minutes walk away and full of stalls selling almost anything you can think of. Plenty of bars and restaurants all within walking distance and very reasonably priced. The local people are extremely friendly and always welcome you to their establishments. You can take a bus to most surrounding areas if you like to sight see. The only negative thing i can say about the apartment is that it only has a hob but NO oven, other than this we had a fantastic time and would recommend this apartment as it is very central with easy access to most parts of Torrevieja.
Owner's Response: This is true, but there is a microwave oven and grill which has a combination setting - this can be used to roast or bake foods :-)

Wonderful apartment in lovely location

We really enjoyed staying here. The apartment was very well kept, spacious, clean and well equipt.

We stayed as a family of 4 adults and 1 toddler. There was plenty enough room to not be in each others pockets. The main double room fit the travel cot in comfortably and when littlun was asleep we could use the lounge or balcony area. The whole apartment is extremely safe with shutters for windows and unless you are staying in the building there is no way of entering.

Although this apartment has great parking facilities, we didn't have a car, nor did we need one. Everywhere is within walkable distance.

The pool area is family friendly and clean and everyone is respectful of each other (as they are at night time too), but more often than not we ventured outside taking the short walk into Torrevieja to the lovely beaches or round the local park and to the friendly bars and resteraunts. We also enjoyed the local market which is huge! The shops and facilities are great too, from the local goods to the larger boutiques and of course a McDonalds! It's handy also to have a choice of cash machines which accept British bank cards nearby too.

I highly recommend this apartment and its location. We're certainly looking into when we can stay again.

A lovely break away!

The apartment is immaculate. A real home from home experience, has absolutely everything you need for a self catering break. The apartment is spacious with two bedrooms which both have wardrobes. Also has satellite TV. The swimming pool is on the same level as the apartment, and can be seen from the balcony. Excellent customer service from the owner, was always friendly and willing to help with any queries or questions. Has some fantastic restaurants along the promenade - in particular 'El Muelle' - this was a true favourite of ours! Also visited the local Carrefour and precinct which has bowling for the family and various fast food restaurants.
Overall a lovely break, and I would highly recommend to those wanting a nice relaxing break away!

A fab place to stay

We have visited 3 times now and would highly recommend this apartment. It is well-equipped, very clean and very comfortable. We find the location ideal - everything we want is close enough to walk to, but it's far enough out of the town that you can escape the noise and bustle, and relax & unwind properly. It took us under 10 mins to walk to the marina/promenade and just over 10 mins for the nearest beach. We enjoyed our last 3 visits enormously and will be back again soon!!

just arrived back from torrevieja
apartment well equipt with everyting you could need(just as described)
very good value for money
plenty local bars cafes etc
iceland supermarket just round corner
would highly recommend
only downside was walk to sea front bout 20 mins slight decline - ok going down but back up was quite a stroll..?
