Mipim Congress etc. Located in Central Cannes on Boulevard de la Croisette between the Hotel Martinez and Port Canto. 7th floor (top floor) with panoramic view of Cannes. Big loggia south exposition. The beach is across the road. 1 bedroom, 1 lounge, independent kitchen, bathroom - bath & shower (marble), separate toilet (marble), fully equiped dishwasher, washing machine, fridge freezer, hob, hood, oven, microwave, toaster, kettle, iron, iron board, hoover, hair-dryer, pans & pots, plates & bowls etc. 1 double bed (1.40m), 1 sofabed (1.60m), 2 dining tables, 2 wardrobes, TV,HI-FI, armchair, chairs, dresser, coffee table, deck chairs, umbrellas, mattresses for the beach, beach rackets, plastic boules etc. Air conditioning in the lounge & in the bedroom. There is a locked garage in the vicinity for medium/small cars. Supermarket, bakery, rotisserie, and for the sporty (by car) golf club, ski nautique, fishing etc.

Notes: There is an independent kitchen, well equipped with a window opening on the terrace which is big enough to sit 4 to 6 people +2 relax chairs there is another dining table in the lounge which can be a coffee table as well (height adjustable). Marble on the floor and on the terrace from where you get a panoramic view 'imprenable' as we are on the 7 th and top floor and being south facing you follow the sun the whole day.

I have just come back from a wonderful week in the appartment in Cannes.
It is in very easy walking distance of everywhere in Cannes town and the view from the baclony is out of this world.
The appartment is comfortable and homely and has all the facilities that you need for an easy and enjoyable stay.

Located on the Croisette, near the MARTINEZ Hôtel, this flat is perfectly equiped. The bed is good. The flat is very light, the wiew is Wondeful.... Sun Set on the montains and the sea.
