Villa Era is located in a small group of privately owned properties which is a 2 minute walk to the sea front and the beautiful promenade that winds and twists along the fabulous coast line of Southern Lanzarote eventually bringing you to the harbour and then into the heart of Playa Blanca. In the centre of the property although recently built, incorporated into the design is the very traditional court yard effect, which creates, a wonderful ambiance to the centre of the villa. From here you can enter two of the 3 bed rooms, lounge, kitchen, and dinning rooms. The reflective glass keeps the temperatures cool during the day, and for added ventilation there are windows that can be opened to befit from the breeze the island is blessed with during the warmer months. The villa roof has been completely tiled to offer a magnificent place to dine (especially in the evening) and as you will see from the pictures fantastic views of the most southerly tip of Lanzarote.

Notes to the rental rates

• Rates shown are for 3 persons: Please add £75.00 (or 105€) per person per week extra up to a maximum of 6 adults in Total.
  A deposit of £200 per week (non-refundable) is payable on confirmation of booking. The balance is to be paid 8 weeks prior to arrival.
  Children under 2 are our guests, so there is no charge.
  As a condition of booking we will require a copy of your holiday insurance. This can be faxed or emailed
  Bookings are normally from Thursday 3.00 PM to Thursday 10.00 am. Other transit days will be considered based on availability, please ask.
  Early arrivals are not a problem, please tell us what your times are, and we will do our best to accommodate you whilst the villa is being prepared. Up till 10.00am thought is still the previous guest's holiday.
  Rates shown can be subject to change, existing bookings taken where prices increase will be honoured.
  
• A welcome pack: - consisting, of tea, water, sugar, coffee, milk, biscuits, wine/cava is included in the above prices. We are happy to provide additional food for your holiday, please let us have your list, and you can pay us for this on your arrival.
  High chairs, cots and child seats are available for hire at 20 Euros a week, per item.
  
• CAR HIRE can arranged, please ask for details.
  Please note - for 10 day holidays, extra towels will be provided at the beginning of your holiday, but no mid term clean or linen change will be provided, unless specifically requested and paid for separately, in which case please let us know how we can best assist you.
  A Playstation 2 is also available for hire at 30 euros per week (subject to availability). However you must bring your own games and memory cards.
