New Spacious Luxury 2 Bed/2 bath Apartment on superb complex with sea views. This beautiful new spacious apartment is exceptionally furnished to a high standard and will not disappoint anyone. It consists of a large lounge area with a sofa bed, a dining area with a large extending table and six cushioned chairs. There is a TV (with BBC 1/2, ITV,C4) DVD and CD player/radio. A master bedroom with large double bed contains a beautiful large ensuite bathroom with corner Jacuzzi bath. A second twin bedroom with a further bathroom with shower enclosure. The large patio which attracts the sun from afternoon to sunset has views to Los Cristianos town and over the sea, is beautifully furnished with table, chairs and loungers. The magnificent new complex of Dinastia has two large heated pools (one child’s), large sunbathing areas & a pool bar/restaurant which serves excellent hot meals & snacks. There are many excellent upmarket bars & restaurants in the near vicinity.

Los Cristianos is a wonderful place to stay and is a great destination for families and couples of all ages, who will appreciate the warm all year round climate, which rarely falls below 70F. The Dinastia complex is situated in the exclusive Oasis Del Sur area of Los Cristianos only a short walking distance from a variety of shops, cafes, bars and restaurants and the the newly built commercial centre adjacent to the Paradise Park Hotel. The seafront/beach is approximately a 10 minute walk where you can stroll along the 5km beach-front Geranium Walk Promenade leading from the harbour to the resorts of Las Americas, Fanabe, Costa Adeje and Del Duque. Dinastia is only 17kms from Reina Sofia airport in the South and very handily placed for access to the main road around the Island to access Mount Teide, Loro Parque and all the other Tenerife attractions.

Additional information about rental rates

  • Payment Terms: £100 per week non-refundable deposit payable immediately, the balance becoming due 8 weeks prior to departure, please note that a £150 security/breakage deposit is payable with the final balance. Full payment is required for all bookings made within 8 weeks of departure. We will hold availability for two days whilst flights are being arranged. £25 extra per person per week for bookings over 4 people, up to a maximum of 6 people.
    A key for your apartment and an information pack will be posted to you 14 days before departure, this will include all management and location details. An experienced British Management company clean and maintain our apartment.
    Check in is from 1500 hrs and check out at 1000am, unless previously arranged, dependent on availlability.

The apartment is beautifully furnished to an exceptional standard and tastefully decorated throughout. Marble is a feature throughout. Apartment was redecorated in November 2007. Both large bedrooms are each fitted with full height built-in double wardrobes and bedside reading lamps. The master bedroom has a double bed. The second bedroom has twin beds. The American style kitchen includes everything required for your stay, including a toaster, kettle, full cutlery, plates, cups, pans, cooking utensils etc and microwave. A safe is provided together with an iron and ironing board. We have a good selection of Cd's and DVDs for your use. All towels and linen are provided with the exception of beach towels. A fantastic feature is the large sunny 3rd floor terrace with sea views over Los cristianos, table, 6 chairs and 4 loungers. There are two Championship golf courses within 10 minutes of the apartment and some more at Golf del Sur, 15 km away.

This was a lovely spacious apartment as described - our only complaint was that for a 5 star luxury apartment we were disappointed in the quality of towels - we were supplied with one hand towel and one bath towel each but the handtowels were really bath mats and the bath towels of poor quality. Additionally although the sheets were clean the bed cover in the master bedroom was positively grubby with stains on it. For the price we paid we have stayed in a better equipped studio apartment. The pool was supposed to be heated but it was freezing and be prepared for a large sunbed hire bill!
