This luxury spacious apartment is set in a newly built privately owned complex of 21 apartments situated in Candolim with its up market restaurants, bars & shops. The complex boasts a large private swimming pool, 24hr gate security, established landscaped gardens maintained daily, well lit pathways, on-site private car park. The apartment accommodates 6 people and comprises: large lounge with a 'double' sofa bed, Satellite TV, DVD, CD, and double doors onto the 7ft front balcony which overlooks the beautiful pool and gardens. Kitchen diner with fridge freezer, iron/ironing board, washing machine, cooker and microwave. Master bedroom with king size bed, fitted wardrobes and door onto the front balcony. Second bedroom comprises 2 single beds, bedside table and door onto rear private balcony. Modern shower room with towels (not beach towels). Maid service is provided 2x per week.

Nearest Airport: Dabolim at 35 Kilometres
Nearest Beach: beach at 350.0 Metres
Candolim boasts the premium beach resort in North Goa where you can relax and dine or even watch the wonderful sunsets over the Arabian sea. Food/drink is very cheap and sunloungers are offered free when food/drink is purchased. A short 20 min walk along the beach and you arrive at an old Portuguese bastion 'Fort Aguarda', which is a good place to watch dolphins. There are numerous excellent restaurants serving both local and international cuisine for a lively evening out. All you need for a fantastic Goan holiday is based in Candolim, but it is also ideally located to other places should you wish to explore the area. Calangute and Baga Beach are situated approx 3 km from Candolim. In approx 30 minutes you can also be at Anjuna (Wednesday) and Arpora (Saturday) night markets, the capital Panjim, colonial plantations and Old Goa. Taxis and rickshaws are plentiful and very cheap, and taxi drivers will be willing to do return trips and wait for you should you wish.

  • PLEASE NOTE; we only accept a minimum of 2 week bookings between the period 18th December - 10 January.

    ALL OTHER BOOKINGS ARE IN 1 WEEK BLOCKS
  • All payments are in British pounds only. A 25% non-refundable deposit will secure the booking, with dates held for you from the point that the deposit has been cleared into our bank account. The balance of funds is required 6 weeks before departure date.

    CREDIT / DEBIT CARD PAYMENTS are accepted. At present this facility is available to UK residents only. PLEASE NOTE: There is a charge for the use of this facility.
  • We will be pleased to negotiate discounts for guests wishing to stay 3 or more weeks (this includes Christmas and New Year) but the minimum booking required over Christmas is 2 weeks. Long term rentals will be considered.

Notes: The apartment is fully furnished as it is our own holiday home. We have bought items to suit our family needs, so we have not compromised on standards with cheap furniture and decor. The apartment is definitely a 'home from home'.

What a fantastic experience! Having never stayed in Goa before we arrived at the apartment and it was immaculate. The information we received from the lovely owners prior to our holiday, was extremely helpful. We used the owners recommended taxi driver to show us around, and we weren't dissappointed. We enjoyed it so much we're certainly going back to this gem again. A big 'thank you' to the owners.
