This holiday villa was perfect! Located in a beautiful gated area, close enough to the parks by car - about a 15 minute drive to the nearest ones, yet just far enough out to enjoy some peace and quiet.

The house itself is open plan, very clean and well maintained and we will without doubt be visiting again soon - home from home!

Fabulous Villa & Location

Superb villa with beautiful furnishings and immaculately maintained. It felt like a loved home rather that a rental house.
Location is perfect if you want to be on the doorstep of Disney and main access roads but want a tranquil haven to retreat to after a day in the parks.
The view from the pool area is wonderful, not overlooked with lots of space round the pool for seating to enjoy the sun and a pool that is big enought to swim in rather that just take a dip.
Plenty of eating places & supermarkets within easy reach and the gym in the clubhouse was a real bonus.
The service provided by the owner was first class. Prompt, informative & helpful.
A big thankyou to Denise for allowing us to spend time in her beautiful home, cant wait to return.

A DREAM COME TRUE.

Florida theme parks by day and the luxury of a spacious house and pool afterwards. Very grand house, with everything you could wish for, and more. A lovely sized pool, and the bonus of not having to reserve sunbeds!

Would definately recommend and hopefully we will be returning soon.

Wonderful Villa

We stayed here for a fortnight in early July and the villa is wonderful. It is very spacious and of a very high quality. We had daily visits from two big birds who waled past the pool every day looking for food. The pool area was lovely and we spent a lot of time there.
The main bedroom is a treat and the beds are really comfy.
I would happily recommend this to anyone.

The villa is located in an ideal location. It is close to the I4 (which is a great link road to the parks and also the west coast) yet the area and roads are quiet enough to be safe for first time and experienced Florida drivers.
Supermarkets, donut and coffee shops are a few minutes drive and the Championsgate area with another supermarket, banks and restaurants is also an easy drive on quiet roads.
The location within the estate is first class. It is in a quiet cul-de-sac with fantastic views from the pool over a lake.
Great if you don't want to be overlooked by neighbours at the back of your pool cage. The pool area has plenty of space to enjoy the sun.
Inside the villa is spacious, well furnished and equiped, and very clean. Obviously a caring owner.
