Villa Carskeogh is located front line overlooking the 6th fairway on the prestigious Fuerterventura Golf Resort, home to the 2004 Spanish Open. Perfect for a Golfing or family holiday, this new Luxury Villa only completed in Feb has been furnished inside and out to the very highest standards. An interior design team completed the interior, whilst the outside area features underfloor lighting, Heated Pool, Hot outdoor shower, Luxury Sunbeds, outdoor Dinning and Sitting area, and hugh BBQ. The roof terrace, almost as big as the Villa gives breathtaking panoramic Golf and Sea views. The Villa sits on its own private plot, with gated intercom system, and off road car parking. Only 10 Mins by car from the Airport, and 10 mins walk (2min in car) to the beautiful white sandy beaches, 4 and 5* Hotels and Atlantico shopping Centre with shops, restaurants, bars, a bowling alley and cinema.

Villa Carskeogh is situated on the 6th fairway of the championship Golf Course which hosted the 2004 Spanish Open. Equipment can be rented , there is also a second Golf Course just minutes away. Situated just 10 min drive from the Airport, and a 10 min walk to the beautiful sandy beaches, Hotels and Shopping Centre. The main own of Caleta de Fuste is just a short 15 min stroll along the promanade( 2min in car) which has a hugh selection of Restaurants, Bars, Shops a beautiful Harbour and facilities. Just a 15 min drive away is the Capital Puerto Del Rossario, with its selection of shops, shipping port where the ferry leaves for Lanzarote, and hugh shopping mall Las Rotandas. Fuerteventura is renowned for its white beaches and sand dunes, but there is much more to discover on the Island. A Waterpark is just 40 min drive away, as is a Zoo which is well worth a visit. 2 Go-Karting tracks, lots of watersports, Tennis, Sailing, Cycling, Horse Riding, Mountain Biking and Bowling.

  • Pool Heating and Air Conditioning available at an extra cost.
    Booking is simple, a 30% deposit is required to secure your booking, the balance is payable 6 weeks prior to your arrival, or immediatly if arrival is within the 6 week period. A Damage deposit of 200 Euros or £150 will be required on your arrival and returned to you on your departure providing no damage has occured.
    Our management team will meet you at the Villa on your arrival to give you the keys and show how things work.
    The Villa will be cleaned weekly and linen changed. A food pack can be arranged should you wish at an extra cost.
  • Pool Heating £50 Extra per week , Air Conditioning £50 Extra per week.

Notes: The property is owned by a family with 3 children, who find the location ideal for a wonderful family holiday. All rooms are air conditioned and the pool heated. A Wii games console is available with Wii sports. The main area of the Villa is all on one level, and there is only a small step to gain entry and to the pool area, however the roof terrace is accessed by a flight of steps.
