Photos and Description of this Andros holiday farmhouse A property of two separate rental units.

Elia (i.e olive tree) farmhouse is situated at north west of Andros, an island famous for its springs and fountains. The island is also famous for its numerous museums, among which is the museum of modern art that has been hosted works of Henri Matisse, Pablo Picasso, Chagall, Balthaus, Toulouse Lautrec and many other famous artists of the C20th. Elia is a lovely, airy, romantic, stone-built old home with high ceilings and astonishing architectural elements. The two floor house has just been refurbished, in order to fuse modern and traditional features. The bedrooms are spacious and sunny with orthopaedic mattresses on beds. The living rooms are decorated with some antiques and therefore a security deposit of 300 euros is required. There are gardens and terraces for outdoor eating with garden furniture, as well as, an outdoor barbeque. Self-catering with washing machine, iron and cleaning help available. Suitable for winter holidays as there is central heating.

Upstairs there is one double bedroom and an open-plane kitchen, dining room and living room, as well as a bathroom. The kitchen is fully equiped (toaster, coffee-maker, blender, pots, pans etc) and fitted with an electric cooker and fridge-freezer. The living room has a wide comfortable corner sofa that can sleep 1-2 people if necessary.
