Cosy cottage in charming Breton village
Cosy detached stone and slate cottage in the charming village of Perret, five minutes from the Nantes-Brest Canal, on the edge of the Foret de Quenecan, and close to the Abbaye de Bon Repos. Comfortable and spacious with original beams, the cottage sleeps 2 to 4 people. There is an entrance hall leading to the lounge with a Breton style fireplace and log burner. Also leading from the hall is the large fully equipped kitchen/dining room. There is also a bathroom with good sized bath and shower and a separate toilet. The stairs lead up to two comfortable bedrooms - one double and one twin. Outside there is a pleasant private enclosed gravelled courtyard, ideal for barbeques, or just to sit and relax. Adjacent to the courtyard is a private parking area big enough for one large car.

Location
The cottage is situated in the delightful small Breton village of Perret on the edge of the Foret de Quenecan, and five minutes from the Brest - Nantes canal and the Abbaye de Bon Repos. The surrounding countryside is stunning. Just 20minutes from the historic town of Pontivy in one direction, and ten minutes from the beautiful lac de Guerledan in the other direction. There are many beautiful forest walks and an abundance of wild life. This is an ideal area for walking and cycling, there are water sports available at the lake. This is an ideal area for a relaxing, laid-back holiday.
