This modern luxury 2-bedroom apartment is located on the St James complex, just a few minutes walk to the golden sandy beach of Praia da Luz and close to all amenities. The complex has a small supermarket, restaurant and bar, a large communal swimming pool, children's pool and a children's play area. The apartment has air-conditioning throughout. The master bedroom has a double bed and en-suite bathroom and opens out onto a sunny balcony. The second bedroom has twin beds, and views over the pool area. There are sea views from the balcony off the lounge, which is equipped for outdoor dining for 4-6 persons. The kitchen is well-equipped with all modern appliances, including dishwasher, washing machine, microwave and fridge freezer. The centre of Luz village is only a short stroll away where you will find many shops, bars and restaurants. The town of Lagos is just a 10 min drive away and offers a beautiful modern marina, markets and restaurants, shops, and fantastic beaches.

Water skiing, windsurfing and board sailing are available at all 3 beaches. Burgau can be reached in 5 mins by car, Luz beach is less than 10 minutes walk from the apartment.
