Booking:
On booking the apartment we require a security deposit when will be refunded after departure when the key has been returned and the apartment has been checked by our management company. When the deposit arrives in our bank account the booking is confirmed and this confirms you accept the terms and conditions set out below. Each booking will be confirmed by the owner as soon as possible after receiving the deposit. Once the owners have confirmed the booking to you and you have paid the deposit, you are responsible for the total rental price of the property as agreed in the confirmation. The remaining balance of the agreed rental cost must be paid 6 weeks prior to arrival date. If the full balance of the rental cost is not paid in accordance with these booking conditions, we reserve the right to cancel the booking and cancellation penalties will apply.
Securtiy Deposit:
The sending of the deposit confirms your acceptance to pay for any damage of any kind caused by your occupancy of the property. The cost of repairs and/or replacements will be deducted from your security deposit. The security deposit is fully refundable 1-2 weeks after your departure from the property, providing there are no claims against it. In event of excess damage of any kind the named person on the confirmation email will be held responsible for all the additional costs.
Cancellations:
Providing the owners receive an email not less than 6 weeks prior the the actual booking date, the person named on the confirmation email will not be liable to pay the full balance. The deposit will be forfeited if the booking is cancelled 6 weeks before arrival. If the cancellation is received after 6 weeks prior to the start of the holiday the person named on the booking is liable to pay the full balance. If the owner is successful in re-letting the propery for all or part of the reservation period, the full balance or part of the balance will be refunded. The owners reserve the right to cancel any booking providing written notice is given and any balance paid refunded. In the unlikely event that circumstances beyond our control, necessitate cancellation of the booking, we will refund any monies paid to the person named on the booking email. (Without interest, compenstion or consequential loss of any kind).
