'Villa Tuscali' is a 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom property offering the highest standards of modern comfort and luxury to make this luxury holiday villa a home from home. Everything you need is provided, towels (including beach towels) are supplied so all you really need is your sun cream, bathing suits and of course comfortable shoes! Our spacious villa is complete with a fabulous extended pool deck, large South West facing salt water swimming pool & integrated Jacuzzi. Both the master bedroom and the queen bedroom have their own en-suites which provide two families with that much needed additional privacy. PS2 & games, CD's, books, board games, dinner party games, games room, 50' TV with DVD player along with a range of DVD's provides additional entertainment. We supply a cot and highchair for infants along with a baby monitor. The pool doors are alarmed for child safetly plus we also have pool guard rails should you wish to add some extra security for children.

Tuscan Ridge has an enviable reputation for the quality of its beautiful villas and all of the properties are built on larger than normal plots and homes have been offset to improve privacy. It's a very safe community made up with residents and rentals with very little traffic, very peaceful. Just off US27 & being situated so close to I-4 Tuscan Ridge is ideally located for all airports, parks, Golf Courses and trips to both Gulf and Atlantic Coasts.The property is close to all major attractions being only 15 minutes from the entrance to Disney World Resort and 5 minutes from the main Interstate 4 leading to all other attractions. Local restaurants, entertainment, shops and supermarkets are only minutes as is the nearby Kissimmee. For the golf enthusiast the property is ideally located for numerous spectacular golf courses.

Additional information about rental rates

  • Rental rates are as a guide, please contact us with your specific requirements for a quote.

    Pool Heating: This is an optional extra for an additional charge of £22.00 per night with a minimum number of 4 nights being charged, or £125.00 for a week. Whilst it is a matter of personal choice, we've found that guests generally only consider pool/spa heating during the months of November to March.

    Booking Details: We will confirm the dates of your holiday, on receipt of a signed booking form from yourself together with £100.00 per week non-refundable deposit. Provisional bookings will be held for 7 days. Full payment is required 8 weeks prior to your departure. Florida sales and tourist tax is included in the rental price.

    Security Deposit: We require a refundable security/breakage deposit of £200 per booking which is payable a minimum of 14 days prior to your departure. This is refundable within 14 days of leaving the villa pending an inspection by our management company.
  • Check-In - Check-Out

    The rental period begins at 4.00pm on the day of arrival and concludes at 10.00am on the day of departure. If our villa is empty guests may arrange through ourselves to arrive either earlier or depart later, a charge of £30 will be applied.
  • Welcome Pack

    Why not order a welcome pack so you do not have to worry about shopping on your first day. It is ideal if you are arriving late in the evening as you'll have some basics for a supper or breakfast and lunch the following day. The cost of a welcome pack is £30.

    WIFI, local telephone calls and cable TV are provided free of charge.

    All towels and linens are provided and electricity, gas and water is all included in the price.

  • Unlike some rental properties which provide the bare minumum of towels for the bathroom and beach towels for both the beach and the pool area, we supply you with lots of lovely fluffy towels. No scratchy towels here! There is also a hairdryer provided in each master bathroom so you don't need to worry about packing clumsy hairdryers or relying on small travel sized ones.

Notes: Everything you need is provided, towels, beach towels, linens, kitchenware and dining ware. There is a hairdryer provided in each master bedroom. The separate laundry room has a large washer and large dryer, there is also an iron and ironing board so you can pack light if you wish and save on luggage weight. The doors to the pool are all alarmed for safety and there is also a pool guard rail which can be set up for additional child security if you wish. The pool gets the sun all day long from sunrise to sunset. There's shaded cover also. The salt water pool is an upgrade, it is much kinder on the skin than normal pools thus allowing you to sunbathe directly after bathing as no showering is required, perfect for those with delicate skin or young children, no strong chlorine. Ample pool furniture for large parties along with table and chairs for outside dining. There is also a lovely 2-seater swing seat on the pool deck, chill out in the shade or relax in the evenings

The description given for the property was excellent, the web site is very descriptive & if anything does not do the property full justice.
The directions to the property were excellent & actually identified a shortcut to the route I have taken on previous visits which saved me around 10 mins per journey each way.
On arrival the property was clean & well maintained, the only concern was to keep it looking that way during our 3 weeks with 3 under 7's.
I would definatly recommend this property.
The customer service from the owner was excellent, any questions asked were dealt with promptly & helpfully, the owner even notified us of an offer at Disney for park tickets which saved us a considerable amount of money.
During our stay we covered all Disney & Universal / Sea world parks including water parks. As usual the parks were amazing but i would like to recommen the newly opened Aquatica, this is by far the best water park in Orlando!
The house offers very suitable catering facilities although the fire alarm can be irritating in the kitchen area.
We dined out on several occasions with our favourite restaurants being The Olive Garden & Tony Romas.

We couldnt wait to come back to stay in your beautiful villa again. It really is a home from home and some days we didnt even want to go out.
Lots of shopping nearby and restaurants as well if you didnt want to travel far. And the new Posner Park only 5 mins away with Target, J.C. Pennys and the amazing Ross dress for less with bargains to die for!!!
Aslo check out Dicks in the same place for amazing sports stuff!!!
Didnt want to come home.

Fantastic Villa with excellent location

We have been to Orlando 10 times and have stayed in villas many times before.
I loved the layout of this villa and the interiors were lovelly with a pool that gets the sun all day long.
All my family loved it and we were very comfortable from the minute we walked in the door.
Fantastic location and a small and very well looked after estate with lots of shopping nearby.
I would recommend Allison,s villa to all my family and friends and hopefully will return again
I would also like to thank Allison for all the information provided before we travelled
Don't hesitate to book this villa as you will have wonderful time

Beautiful villa and excellent service

Stayed for nearly 3 weeks in July/August 2009. We used the villa as the base for our holiday and could not find fault with the property at all, lots of space, good position, very nicely furnished, and a great pool, the house has it all. It was just like being at home. The property is very well situated for all of the Orlando attractions but a little bit away so that you are not overwhelmed and your vacation can be whatever you want it to be. About 25/30 minute drive to the theme parks, less to downtown Orlando or you can just sit by the pool in peace and quiet .We had a flexticket which let you in to five parks for 14 days as many time as you like (Universal Studios, Island of Adventure, Aquatica, Wet’n Wild, Seaworld). There are good restaurants nearby and it is only a short drive to the Kennedy Space Centre (about a hour). While we were there we were lucky to see the space shutle being towed back to its hanger after it landed. It is also not far to the Premium Outlet Shopping Centre which is a good mall for those who like to shop for designer clothes such as Ralph Lauren, Nike, Addias, Puma and many more.

Wonderful Villa Tuscali.

Just back to the UK after a fantastic holiday, perfectly complimented by your wonderful villa.
Easily found off US-27 and minutes away from I-4, you will need a car to fully enjoy this property. You can be in the Disney area in 20 mins, Seaworld in 25 and Universal in 30. We would highly recommend Discovery Cove for a special occasion.
The accommodation was as described; beautifully presented, exceedingly clean and well maintained. The area was exceedingly quiet, a blessed relief after the bustle of the parks. The outside/pool area was the focal point for our group, so welcoming after a hot day in the nearby attractions. We had to drag the kids from the pool to get them to bed on occasion! The bedrooms were well appointed, the kitchen lacked for nothing, even hairdryers were available (my wife and daughter express their eternal thanks!) and my son enjoyed putting one over on me on the pool table in the games room (37 frames to 33 over two weeks).
Two large supermarkets were within 5 minutes drive (and a huge Walmart a further 5 minutes away in Haines City, south on 27), along with various fast food outlets if you couldn't muster the energy to cook. We would highly recommend "Chinese to Go" (who deliver) at the Walgreens complex and if eating out, we all loved Red Lobster and Outback Steakhouse.
All in all, it was a pleasure to stay in this lovely home (it felt like one) and we were able to explore the parks and attractions at our own pace. Allison was extremely helpful before leaving with her ticket tips and extremely prompt in all her correspondence. Many thanks for all your help.
I would have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending Villa Tuscali to friends and family and would definitely use this gorgeous villa again if in the area.
