Sunny Florida USA Ft Lauderdale and Pompano Beach fun is at your door step! This bright and colorful pool home is professionally appointed for all your Florida vacation needs. The property is located in a quiet residential area just South of the Ft. Lauderdale/Pompano Beach Border and about two miles from the beach. Just minutes from Downtown Ft Lauderdale and Las Olas area. (Pls see “Activities” for things to do.) This 2,400 square foot home consists of 4 bedrooms, 3 baths and sleeps up to 8 adults comfortably. The house is tastefully and comfortably furnished with a mixed influence of the 60's to contemporary styling. Featuring bright reds greens and purples in the dinette and living room areas. Complimented with a contemporary kitchen with Ubatuba Brazilian granite counter tops and stainless steel fixtures and halogen lighting. Two wide french doors opens to the tropical pool. The entire property is private, with full perimeter fencing and landscaping.

How close to shopping/entertainment: We are close to the Boca Town Center on Glades Road in Boca Raton, the Galleria on Sunrise Blvd in Ft Lauderdale, the HARD ROCK CASINO and Club in Davie, Broward Center Theatre for the Arts. GOLF ! GOLF! and more GOLF !

Ski: Water skiing, boat rental and SCUBA diving are minutes away. Approximately 3 miles of 5 minutes

Golf: The Pompano Beach Air park is less than 2 miles away with a jogging lane around the park approx 4.5 miles (10 kilometers) The public Golf Course is 18 holes and has a driving range.
