This spacious villa has an open plan kitchen, dining and living room with patio doors opening out onto the pool and deck area. There are ample sunloungers and seating together with a covered dining area complete with table, six chairs, ceiling fan and BBQ. It features a large master bedroom with king-size bed and walk-in wardrobe. The en-suite bathroom has a walk-in shower, corner bath and twin sinks. There are two further bedrooms both with twin beds and built-in wardrobes. A second bathroom is conveniently positioned between them. The large lounge features a three seater sofa, two seater sofa and a large easy chair with footstool. There is a 56' flat screen TV with premium cable package including extra movie channels and English Premiership soccer. DVD player/recorder and portable stereo unit. Free wireless hi-speed internet access. The formal dining area seats six and the well equipped kitchen also has a small table and four chairs.

The villa is situated in the private gated community of Briarwood and is located about about 10 minutes drive from Old Naples with its fine selection of shops, bars and restaurants. For serious shoppers the huge Coastland Centre Mall (JC Penney, Macys, Sears and Dillards etc.) is about 5 minutes from the house. There are several superb beaches nearby, the closest (Naples beach and Lowdermilk Park) being less than 10 minutes away. The beaches of Marco, Sanibel and Captiva Islands are also within easy reach. The lively Fort Myers Beach, where all sorts of water sports are available is 20 miles north of Naples. For airboat rides and wildlife centres the Everglades and Ten Thousand Islands National Parks are only a short drive south. There are numerous public golf courses close by. There is a large Publix supermarket and a Walgreens pharmacy close to the house. Briarwood has two swimming pools, tennis courts and a childrens' play area which you are welcome to use during your holiday.

Additional information about rental rates

  • Prices are for the property per week (7 nights) in UK pounds and include all taxes and cleaning upon departure. Additional cleaning by arrangement with our managing agents and payable locally. There is a discount of 10% for stays of three weeks. For longer stays discounts are negotiable. Pool/jacuzzi heat (recommended for October to April inclusive) is £70.00 per week and £10.00 per extra day. A deposit of £100.00 per week is required to secure the booking. The balance is due eight weeks prior to the first night of accommodation. The changeover days are flexible. Arrival time is after 4.00pm and guests are asked to vacate the property by 11.00am on the day of departure.

A little piece of paradise

Just spent a week at this property (February 2009). Fantastic place, all as described prior to booking. The location and security of the property is excellent, on a gated community 15 minutes from Naples city centre. The facilities in the property were excellent and its location looking out onto the lake is beautiful, there is nothing not to like here. We will be returning as soon as we are able to and I would not hesitate to recommend it.

Wonderful Holiday Villa

We stayed for 2 weeks in this villa and I would give it 5 stars. It is huge inside with everyhting you could wish for to make life comfortable. Double garage with automatic doors. Lovely back view across a lake. Big pool suitable for children and adults. Lovely fitted kitchen. Monster TV. Very comfortable beds. So much room when we got home everything seemed so small, Wonderful clean safe beach about 4 miles away. Shops and resturants about 2 miles. Shopping outlet malls.
Well worth the rental fee. In a secutity gaurded estate. Very quite. Dont think twice, if it is free and you want to go to Naples book it now

We had a great time in Naples even though it was the start of the hurricane season. Everything we needed was close to hand, great location and real home comforts to be had. The villa was very spacious and the fact it was part of a gated community gave peace of mind.

We would definetly visit the area again and would not hesitate to book the same property.
