West end of Puerto del Carmen, ten minutes walk from fishing harbour and sandy resort beaches. One of twenty four apartments, privately owned by UK and Irish nationals, with a large swimming pool. On ground floor, close to shallow end of pool. The gardens are a feature of this complex. Two minutes walk from shops, bars and restaurants, five minutes from Biosphere shopping Mall. Sleeps five. Double and twin-bedded rooms with ceiling fans, and fold-away bed. A cot can be supplied at extra cost payable on arrival. Fully fitted electric kitchen with hob, oven, microwave and fridge-freezer. Washroom with walk-in shower. TV, video/DVD some satellite channels. Patio with table and chairs, four sunbeds and BBQ. Weekly maid service and change of linen and towels. Twice weekly management service (English & Spanish spoken).

Puerto del Carmen is the Tourist centre of Lanzarote. It has a fishing harbour for boat trips. Sandy beaches for swimming and sunbathing. A New Golf course very nearby. A large shopping centre, Biosphere, for clothes (large Zara), bars and restaurants. A Wild West theme Park for animals, horse riding and evening Line Dancing. Easy access for hire car trips or tours to Fire Mountain National Park, world famous Papagayo beaches and Jameos del Agua underground lake. Also check out the Mirador del Rio viewing point, the Famara Cliffs and many other sites of Lanzarote.

Great place to stay

We stayed for the week before christmas last year and found the accomodation to be like a home from home with dvd's and books a plenty.

Right next to the pool and nice and quiet.

I would reccomend the accomodation to anyone.
Recommended for:  Families with Young Children, Romantic Getaway
