Luxury 2 bedroom duplex apartment with panoramic views of the sea and mountains. 3 terraces, 2 with awnings and pergola with built-in BBQ on the main sun terrace . Both bedrooms have fully fitted wardrobes and ceiling fans. The master bedroom has a beautiful terrace overlooking the village and the sea. The second bedroom has 2 single beds and a camp bed. The bathroom is very spacious with large shower and separate bath. Fully equiped kitchen with microwave, oven and hob, toaster, coffee machine, fridge freezer and washing machine. Beautiful living area with plenty of charm includes ceiling fan and cast iron electric fire, Large flatscreen TV with satellite channels, radio/CD, DVD player and Playstation2. Regular bus service from Capistrano village to town or if you choose to walk it will take about 20 minutes. Capistrano village has the added benefit of 4 swimming pools (1 childrens pool) restaurant/bar, supermarket, ATM and the welcoming Cave bar. Burriana beach is 10 mins walk away.

Beautiful unspoiled Nerja with its many beaches including the famous Burriana beach. Nerja town has many restaurants and bars amongst its atmospheric cobbled streets, with many boutique style shops with late night shopping. The world famous caves are nearby and well worth a visit.The Balcon De Europa is in the centre of Nerja town and has spectacular views over the med. There are many nearby places of interest to visit by bus or car including Maro and award winning whitewashed village of Frigliana.

Homely with Fantastic Views

This apartment is highly recommended and beautifully decorated with amazing views from the terraces. Lovely homely touches everywhere with a modern well fitted kitchen, exceptionally clean and the owner had thought of everything. The village itself was beautifully maintained and very quiet, the only thing I could flaw was the pools in the village could do with a refurb, but we were down at the lovely beach most days. The beaches are mostly shingle but the water is lovely and clear and a much better standard than further down the coast at Marbella. We visited in September with temps up to 25c, no aircon but were cool enough with the ceiling fans in each room. It was a smooth transaction to book and excellent directions arrived before our departure. We hired a car and spent most of our days at the beach. Its not really walking distance to the beach or town but there was an hourly bus service just a few minutes walk from the door and taxis into Nerja were around 7 euros and we never had a problem hailing one just from the end of the street. Nerja is beautiful and so was the apartment, we would def book again.... a little gem.

Wonderful, wonderful, wonderful!

This is a beautifully decorated apartment that feels very homely and clearly cared for by the owners. The views from the terrace are incredible especially in the morning with a cup of fresh coffee! We found the apartment just the right size for the 4 of us and very well equipped with everything we needed and more.
The pools are a 1 minute walk away and we're never crowded. The beach is beautiful, an easy 15-20 walk - a liitle longer on the way back as it is quite steep. However, that never put us off, as ours days on the beach were wonderful, with loads of restuarants to choose to eat in at lunchtime.
We returned very relaxed and wished we'd booked for two weeks instead of just the one.
We will definitely stop here again in the future.

Stunning Penthouse Apartment with Fantastic Views

This apartment has to be the best we have ever stayed in, it was clean and beautifully furnished with homely touches in every room. We were provided with plenty of towels which were changed with the bedding after our first week.
The owners couldn't have been more helpful, they answered all our questions and sent us directions which took us straight to the apartment with no problems.
The balcony view is fabulous, you can see right down to the town, and the sea, and to the side the mountains.
The Capistrano village is a lovely place to stay, the apartment is minutes from one of the two pools, it is clean and a decent size our two children loved it.
There is also a small supermarket which has a great selection of food and drink, plus a bigger Super Sol just 5 minutes down the road.
The town of Nerja is lovely, it has kept with its spanish roots and not succumed to the high-rises you find in other resorts.
The streets are a maze of tapas bars (which are a must!) and there is an abundance of restaurants and many nice bars and gift shops.
We can recommend the lunchtime Paella at 'Ayo's' many local spanish people and tourists were eating here. It is cooked outdoors in giant pans, this is situated down on Burriana beach.
We have already recommended this apartment and the area to family and friends who were equally impressed with our photos.
Thanks again for making our holiday a memorable one, we will return one day thats for sure.

Perfectly situated Apartment, tastefully decorated

We were more than happy with the apartment even after an unfortunate start to our holiday (the apartment hadn't been cleaned from the previous visitor’s stay), Oops! - But this was quickly rectified once we had spoken with the owners and we were not going to let this spoil our holiday.

The location of the apartment is just beautiful! There are fantastic views of the mountains from every aspect and sea views from the terraces. The apartment has been tastefully decorated and furnished throughout to a very high standard. The owners have thought of just about everything! – You will not be disappointed.

The surrounding gardens of the village are very pretty and well maintained with bouganvilla and geraniums in abundance. We visited in mid October and although the pools were open for swimming there didn't seem to be any available sunloungers to use. They were stacked and chained together, (end of season I supposed).

We went to the pretty beach most days where we relaxed and enjoyed the sun and the lovely sea breeze. In the evening we drove into Nerja town for dinner. There are plenty of shops to look at and restaurants and tapas bars to choose from and if you like Indian food you must try "A Taste of India" we absolutely loved it!

Overall we had a very enjoyable and relaxing holiday and would definitely recommend this apartment to our friends and family - We will definitely be back!

Super Apartement in sehr schöner Ferienanlage

Das Apartement ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und bietet einen herrlichen Blick über Nerja. Von der grossen Dachterrasse (überdacht) hat man einen wunderschönen Blick über Nerja und das Meer. Uns hat auch der schöne Blick aus dem Küchenfenster gefallen, wo man über die sehr schön angelegte Anlage Capistrano Village bis zu den Bergen blickt. Das Apartement ist im Maisonette Stil gebaut. Im ersten OG sind die 2 Schlafzimmer und das Bad. Im 2. OG ist der Wohn/Essbereich mit Zugang zur Dachterrasse. Auf der Dachterrasse gibt es einen Grill. Auch sonst sind alle Haushaltsgeräte der Beschreibung vorhanden. Die gängigsten deutschen Fernsehprogramme sind auch vorhanden.
Zu Fuss ist man in ca. 15min am Strand. Der Rückweg ist dann ein gutes Herz-Kreislauf Training, da es leicht ansteigend bergauf zurückgeht. Ein Auto ist empfehlenswert.
Während unseres Aufenthalts war sogar eine Playstation vor Ort. Also falls jeman mal spielen möchte. Spiele mitnehmen.

Zusammenfassend kann man nur sagen, dass wir einen sehr schönen Urlaub hatten.

Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und die Abwicklung war absolut unkompliziert. Ich empfehle für Überweisungen die Form der SEPA-Überweisung in EUR. Grund die Gebühren sind fix und günstig mit 1,50. Somit kann die sehr teure Auslandsüberweisung gespart werden. In den Überweisungsbetrag dann einfach die Gebühr einrechnen und den Pfund kurz etwas grösszügiger umrechnen. Durch dieses Verfahren spart man dann so ca. 20 EUR Gebühren.
