The apartment is situated on the 1st floor of this completely renovated complex. It has a spacious terrace with panoramic views over Matagorda Bay,facing south for sun throughout the day and also overlooks two heated pools. The apartment has a spacious bedroom and modern bathroom with walk- in shower and a lounge -diner with double sofa bed, we also have a foldable guest bed for a child. Free to air plasma TV with satellite channels and wireless internet connection. The kitchen is open plan and has all modern appliances. The grounds have been renovated to a very high standard, with sunbathing areas,landscaped shrubs and trees. There is a also a reception area, laundrette and maid service.

A sunshine holiday haven, the island sits along the same latitude as Florida and the western sahara, virtually guaranteeing average daily temperatures of 80 degrees or more.A holiday here centres largely around the sea with its excellent watersports, marvellous beaches and secluded coves.
