The apartment is situated on the 1st floor of this completely renovated complex. It has a spacious terrace with panoramic views over Matagorda Bay,facing south for sun throughout the day and also overlooks two solar heated pools. The apartment has a spacious bedroom and modern bathroom with walk- in shower and a lounge -diner with double sofa bed, we also have a foldable guest bed for a child. Free to air plasma TV with satellite channels and wireless internet connection. The kitchen is open plan and has all modern appliances. The grounds have been renovated to a very high standard, with sunbathing areas,landscaped shrubs and trees. There is a also a reception area, laundrette and cleaner service.

There are alternatives to the beach, including the capital Arrecife-a historic port town with a fortress, museum and gallery of modern art. The Timanfaya National Park should also be on your agenda. Its dramatic landscape is home to awesome craters of Fire Mountain. Lanzarote is a Mecca for watersports enthusiasts, every type is available including surfing, windsurfing and jet skiing, plus there is scuba diving in all the main resorts.Puerto del Carmen is great for shopping and after dark gets lively and parties from dusk till dawn.

Amazing vacation!!!

A week has passed since we came back from this apartment on Lanzarote and we're still full of impressions and inspiration! The apartment was great - clean, well-maintained, it has everything you need while on vacation and even more. We absolutely enjoyed the terrace which was always sunny with amazing view and sunsets. Every breakfast and dinner we had on the terrace was unforgettable and each sunset looked different. The area is so peaceful, the complex never gets crowded. We felt like it was our honeymoon!

We'd recommend this apartment to our friends, parents and to anyone looking for an amazing vacation!

Spent 2 weeks in this apartement in May.Fantastic apartment.All you could hope for from a great holiday apartment .all mod cons , tv with good choice of channels , broadband access. Really nicely decorated and spotlessly clean . In fact the complex in general is of a very high standard of cleanliness with lovely pool area .
The location is fantastic , lovely views and also very close proximity to a choice of lovel beaches ,bars , supermarkets and some really nice restaurants .Walking distance to Puerto Del Carmen and all on a pedestrian walk and cycle way.Really enjoyed it and suitable for all types of holiday makers .

We used the apartment in September 08 and it was absolutely perfect. Only a few people staying in each apartment or bungalow at the same time so is very peaceful and private. The heated pools are very clean, as is the poolside area. The apartment is very light and airy and immaculately decorated. Great location if you like the beach - only a 10 minute walk to quiet secluded beaches of Matagorda. If you like the busy life, Puerto del Carmen is only 4 euros by taxi or there is a bus running frequently. Some great restaurants and would recommend O Churrasco in the Old Town - Juan Carlos must be the most attentive owner we have ever met and the food is top quality.
We will definitely book to go back to Matagorda Bay again.
