In the house region, the panorama street at-grade is ideal for walks. You have a view upon the Atlantic. After a 15 minute walk you have see view both upon the Atlantic and the Caribbean. There are 3 apartments altogether. There is a park-like property around the house. In 10 minutes yb foot, you can reach the city center with super market, vegetable and fruit stores, pharmacy, grocery, newspaper shop, bar, etc. It is a very quiet location, without traffic noise. Each apartment has its own parking lot. The equipment is according to the European standard, with beds, washing machine, drier room and big terrace.

From the portrayed apartment 1 you can go directly into the garden. The portrayed free-seat is for your own use and the lawn-surface, that invites on the prepared day beds to sunbathe, is to your sole disposal. One looks the garden-gate, which locks your apartment. The parking place is direct at the entrance, if you should use a car. You can also lend this inexpensive by me. The supermarket is only few car-minutes off so that you can use my car free of charge already once. Because of the hill-situation to the wind turned side, the Circulation is so sufficient that no airconditioning is required. The complete provision, how to look at the pictures, is contained in the total price. Furthermore, the quiet house-gallery is available to you anytime.

It takes a 10 minute drive to the beaches, and sometimes I, as the owner, can give you a ride for free.
