Property is ground floor flat with private terrace overlooking quiet Renecros bay and beach. Building is on corniche above the bay in private gated (portail) road. There is secure parking for residents directly outside the flat. Flat has one double bedroom, spacious living room with large windows, separate modern kitchen and bathroom. Ideal for couple but there is also bunk bed / sofa bed in living room suitable for 2 children. Beach with excellent swimming and small restaurants is 50m away. Bandol village with over 20 restaurants and shops is 100m away. The Ile de Bendor has diving, secluded beaches and 2 hotels --- a 10 minute boat trip away. Bandol is a charming old world Provencale village / port at the extreme western end of the Cote d'Azur. Compared to resorts further east it is very quiet out of season and not overcrowded even in August The flat has been in the family for over 30 years and has seen many happy family holidays !

Nearest Airport: Marseilles ( or Toulon , Ryanair only ) at 60 Kilometres
Nearest Ferry: Toulon at 20 Kilometres
Nearest Train: Bandol at 1 Kilometres
Nearest Motorway: Bandol exit from A50 at 3 Kilometres
Nearest Beach: beach at 50.0 Metres
Car: not necessary
Bandol is charming port between Marseilles and Toulon, at the western end of the Cote d'Azur. It is still quite unknown by tourists and is more popular with French people. The town has a great range of restaurants and shops along the seafront and by the marina. The Ile de Bendor is a 10 minute boat ride away and has diving / secluded beaches / hotels and more great restaurants ! There are medieval hill-top villages (Le Castellet) and good hill walking 20 minutes drive up into the hills. For theatre, opera and cinemas (although there is a cinema in Bandol) Marseilles and Toulon are 30' and 15' away. Toulon has an excellent opera house and many theatres / cinemas. Both places are easily accessible by train from Bandol.
