We, the owners have gone to enormous lengths to ensure that Chalet Chocolat stands out in every way from the rest, in location, build quality, style and comfort. We sincerely believe you will not be disappointed. It has hiigh specification facilities and creature comforts, and is simple yet sophisticated. Chalet Chcoclat has an exterior Hot Tub Spa Pool, BBQ area,large terraces and balconies There are three large bedrooms with en suites and balcony and one smaller twin-bedroom. A Large stone fireplace dominates the open plan living area. Chalet Chocolat, with its open views over the pistes and mountains, profits from all day sun and as it bears a host of eco-credentials, it is warm in Winter and deliciously cool in Summer. Chalet Chocolat is 100 metres from the ski bus and 2 minutes drive to the ski lift. There are numerous activities within a 5 minute radius of the chalet to keep the whole family occupied at any time of year! There are three restaurants and bars very close by.

• We require a deposit of 25% of the weekly rate when booking. The final balance is due no later than 8 weeks before arrival. With the final balance, we ask for a deposit cheque of £300. if there is unreasonable damage ,then a charge may be made, otherwise it will be returned within two weeks of departure.

WINTER WONDERLAND

Within an hours' drive from Geneva airport, Chalet Chocolat is 100 metres from the ski bus and 2 minutes drive from the nearest lift which takes you up to the Grand Massf ski resort. The region's proximiy to Mont Blanc ensures a superb snow record on its 265 km's of pisted slopes that rise to an altitude of 2600 metres. The Grand Massif is popular with families, it has the pretty alpine villages to explore and the terrain is varied and interesting with excellent lift coverage. There are many easy runs linking the area together. The more experienced have many challenging blacks to navigate and some super off piste. The resort has Europe's longest blue run at 14 km's in length and is stunningly beautiful. The Combe de Gers provides exhilarating skiing for the adventurous! Check out the 3 'jam parks for boarders and freestyle skiers.There are free daily activities for the whole family courtesy of the tourist office and numerous other activities on offer..Snowshoeing, Ice-Skating etc..

SUMMER FUN

Once the snow has melted away, the mountains spring into life and as the villages of Verchaix, Samoens, Morillon and Sixt are all -season resorts, this area has an enormous amount to offer! Lac Bleu with its beach, fantastic swimming, volley ball, tennis courts, horse riding and adventure park is within a 10 minute walk from Chalet Chocolat! Within a 5 min.(by car) radius of the chalet there is: A swimming pool complex with three pools and 60 metre slide. Rafting and other river sports, paragliding, climbing and via ferrata, mountain biking 600km's of trails and lifts to take you up! Hiking in the famous Cirque du Fer a Cheval, see the 30 or so 700 metre waterfalls and wildlife galore. Free daily activites for the family daily/eves put on for your enjoyment at Lac Bleu 10 min. walk away! Within 1 hours' drive, there are the lakeside towns of Geneva and Annecy, Chamonix, Mont Blanc tunnel and Italy, Lake Geneva, 5 golf courses, nearest, Les Gets (20 min). Cultural events every day.

GUESTS AT CHALET CHOCOLAT BENEFIT FROM A 15% REDUCTION TO THEIR SKI EQUIPMENT HIRE COSTS, with a couple of good hire outlets in Samoens.
