What can I say about this property except Superb, Superb, Superb!!!
The BellaVida Resort is one of the best I have stayed in whilst in Florida and the house is just fantastic. From the moment we arrived we knew we had made the right choice of villa. The front entrance hall is wide and well lit and leads into the kitchen area with breakfast bar. The kitchen is extremely well equipped with every modern appliance you can think of (and a few more).
The large lounge and dining area has ample seating and our kids loved the huge TV in the lounge. The patio doors lead out to the pool area and as others have said this really is a fantastic pool area. There is a table and chairs set on the patio where it was amazing to sit and eat breakfast and supper, and I must say we spent many an evening into the small hours just relaxing out there listening to the wildlife around the lake.
On the wildlife, the lake at the rear of the house has an abundance of animals and birds living and visiting. We saw fish, frogs, gecko lizards, eagles, turtles, foxes, raccoons and best of all a family of freshwater otters, talk about Springwatch, this house has it all at the bottom of the garden!!!
Back to the villa, a door in the hall leads to the Games / utility room with Air Hockey, Pool Table, Foosball and a large American style Washer / Dryer.
Next to the entrance hall is the 1st double bedroom / bathroom.
The wide staircase leads to the 1st floor with twin rooms on the left and right and the huge master bedroom is at the end of the 1st floor.
The house has ceiling fans in each room and a fantastic Air Conditioning system throughout, which in the heat of the day like we had (middle to high 30’s) was a godsend.
There are ample bathroom towels and pool towels and everything else you could ever want in a house, and the decoration is 1st class and very tasteful, a real home from home.
We went to the clubhouse where you can use the Gym and Internet Café for free; it also has a playground, basketball court and a large swimming pool.
All in all I can’t recommend this house enough and I will certainly try to rent this villa again the next time we go to Florida.
And to finish I would like to thank the owner Paula for her time and patience in answering (very very promptly) the hundred and one questions I asked her during the build up to our holiday… thank you Paula from myself and all my family for a wonderful stay in your lovely house.
