This 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom luxury apartment sleeps up to 7 people, is all electric with full air conditioning and central heating. It's superb location means that it is only a 200 metre flat walk to the sandy Arenal beach, lined with many bars, restaurants and shops including supermarkets. The complex has a communal pool, security access and underground parking. The large LCD flat screen TV shows many English and Sky channels, including BBC1, BBC2, ITV, Channels 4 & 5, Sky Sports and movie channels.Other entertainment includes DVD and CD / Radio. The apartment also boasts a covered terrace with beautiful views of surrounding Javea and the Montgo Mountain. The fully equipped kitchen includes dishwasher, washing machine, toaster, fridge/freezer, microwave, 4 ring ceramic hob, oven, clothes dryer, iron and board. A comfortable L shaped sofa, coffee table and dining table with chairs are situated in the lounge / diner area. All bedrooms have ample storage space and hairdryers are provided

The Arenal beach area of Javea where your apartment is located is a most picturesque, palmed bay which is haven for beach lovers. With wide golden sand and safe water for bathing, surfing and scuba diving. It has many bars, shops and restaurants. Just along from the Arenal you will reach the traditional , working fishing port where you can watch the fishing boats or yachts coming in. Located inland from the port is the typically Spanish Old Town. This historic medieval town has a beautiful church in the centre, and also hosts a weekly local market with traditional stalls including locally grown fresh produce. Within 45 minutes drive you also have a shopping mall, Terra Mitica theme park, Aqualandia water park, Mundemar animal park and several Go Karting centres.

Myself and five other family members stayed in this property for a week from June 25th to July 2nd. It was one of the best holidays we have been on. The property was like being in our own home away from home. The beautiful Arenal beach just a few minutes walk, beside a supermarket and shops and at night there are street markets selling jewellery, paintings etc. I really could not recommend it highly enough.
The owners Natalie and Steve are so pleasant and helpful and I would recommend a visit there to anybody, young or old.
Thank you Natalie and Steve....we will be back.
