Playa Paraiso is the perfect destination if you want a holiday that takes you away from it all to a sun-drenched secluded part of Tenerife. The rocky beach at Playa Paraiso is small but there is a popular lido where you can simply relax whilst you soak up the sun. There are a few bars and restaurants, however if you feel like a livelier evening take a trip to the nearby Playa de las Americas where you will find a vast selection of bars, restaurants and nightclubs that are open until the early hours. Costa Adeje is also close by and if you're a water sports enthusiast you will enjoy the wide range of facilities available. There are a few fantastic waterparks and new for late 2008/2009 is Siam Parque. Explore the islands capital city, Santa Cruz for a more extensive shopping experience or leave the hustle and bustle behind and head up to the soaring heights of Tenerifes most famous attraction - Mount Teide.

Reservations and enquiries to be made by telephone or e-mail.
25% of the rental fee should be sent to confirm booking.
Full balance to paid within 28 days of travel.
If you book within 28 days of departure, then full amount must be paid on confirmation.
The booking will be confirmed in writing by post.
The villa is available from 4pm on the day of arrival and must be vacated by noon on the day of departure.
NO pets are permitted.
NO smoking in the villa.
We regret that all male groups or all female groups are not allowed and this is a condition of any reservation. We reserve the right to refuse access to the villa if to an all male groups or all female groups of guests. You shall advise us of changes to your party as soon as you become aware of them. If we do deny you access to the villa for this reason then no refund will be made.
Security Deposit and Extras:
Due to the high standard of equipment we do ask for a security deposit to cover any damages or breakages. This deposit is to be included in your payment of your final balance. It will be refunded by cheque 1 week after your check out date.
Additional cleaning services can be organised at your requirement.
A welcome pack of Tea, Coffee, Sugar, Milk and bottled water can be arranged on arrival or for the romantics champagne, flowers and chocolates.
The villa is available from 4pm day of arrival and must be vacated by noon on the day of departure. If required you may be able to drop luggage off earlier or stay on in the villa until later in the day. Please confirm this service as soon as you have your flight details - prior to travel.
