A fully equipped modern kitchen, large living and dining room, bar area, five large comfortable bedrooms (bedroom 4 is accessed via bedroom 3 by hallway making it an ideal family room) and four bathrooms, this property is ideal for large families, two families sharing or groups of friends as well as smaller parties who like space. Close to the small bustling town of Carvoerio and beaches there is something for everyone. For quieter nights good food and entertainment can be found at Monte Carvoerio. An extremely private central courtyard means evenings at home can be as relaxed or fun as you wish. Air con and satellite TV are included in the price. Cot & Highchair available free of charge. Vale do Milho, Pestana and Gramancho Golf. Scuba diving and horse riding available locally.

Notes to the rental rates

• Inclusive in rental price - Welcome Pack All Linen (inc cot bedding ) Bath towels and Beach Towels are supplied. Maid service 3 x weekly. Maid to change bath towels each visit - beds weekly. Full Management support, pool maintenance and gardener, Air conditioning, telephone. We have 2 cots and 2 highchairs.
  
• We are happy to supply a telephone for incoming and local calls as well as air-conditioning free of charge. However there is a 25 euro p/w charge for internet access.
  
• All enquiries will be held for 1 week. 25% deposit required on return of booking confirmation, full balance due 8 weeks prior to departure (except in last minute bookings). Refundable breakages deposit £150 due at time of balance payment. Although there is no charge for the use of cot, highchair, beach umbrella, cool box, booster seat, baby walker etc there is an extra £50 refundable deposit required.

Pool Area and outside Areas

Private Gated Pool area with poolside shower. Diamond shaped pool with steps and shallow end approx 7x4m. Sun loungers, poolside tables, chairs and umbrellas provided. Extremely safe for children. Inner Courtyard includes outside Dining and BBQ with gated access to roof terrace which has a tiled seating area to have a sunset drink looking out to the sea. Parking for up to 4 cars. Sun Terrace to front of property and significant terraced and lawn areas.

Locality and Accessibility

Situated in the Monte Caroerio area to the right of Carvoerio Casa Moura is within easy reach of the town centre - however it is a quiet villa with many private areas. Although big enough to accommodate 10 people - or 2 families, smaller parties will not feel as if they are rattling around inside as it has cosy and homely feel. Casa Moura is all on one level with the exception of 1 bedroom which has a few steps into it and the roof terrace; it has very few internal steps and has full access around the property to all areas. Although not specifically designed to be wheelchair accessible it should be suitable for people with mobility problems.
