This one bedroomed central apartment has undergone a complete refurbishment and offers a high standard of accommodation for 4 people. Its is located one street behind the seafront and at the beginning of the pedestrian zone, offIering an ideal base close to local and regional transport links and you will find shops, supermarkets and cafes on the same street. The apartment has a large balcony for outside dining and air-conditioning/heating. Accommodation comprises of entrance with entry phone system. The open plan living room and kitchen opens up onto the spacious balcony, and has a three seater sofa bed, air-conditioning/heating, flat screen TV with DVD player and stereo system. The kitchen has an electric oven and hob, large fridge freezer and washing machine. The large bedroom offers a large double bed with ample storage and a two seater sofa. The bedroom also benefits from air-conditioning/heating. The bathroom offers a bath as well as a seperate shower and seperate toilet.

Good holiday in Menton

Big house clean. Supermarket, medical, pharmacy, paiment parking, beach very close and convenient to reach by foot. Home near the downtown pedestrian zone, perhaps a little heavy.
Owner's Response: Good to see in writing how happy our clients are as we get lots of messages left for us but its good to see this on this site to help other potential clients. Just to clarify the possible lost in translation comment, I think their comment on the area being "heavy" I suspect it refers to the works currently being undertaken on street renovations (due for completion Feb. 2009) which is the renewal of paving and installation of lighting and planting to improve the area and make it more pedestrianised.

Holiday in Menton

My brother and his family stayed in the above apartment this summer, they had a brilliant time. The apartment is situated right in the centre of Menton, yet it was very calm, the air conditioning was great and the decoration was very tasteful, all in all it was like 'home from home'.

We have stayed in this apartment and its location is great for the beaches and town and just a short walk to trains and buses. We managed to combine a sightseeing holiday we a nice relaxing (even sitting on the beach some days) holiday. The apartment is extremely well equipped and everything is new and clean. We were met off the bus by local agents and taken to the apartment. Excellant service and excellant Holiday all around.

Excellent town centre apartment

I have stayed at this apartment twice now and think it is a brilliant place to stay, the shops and restaurants are on your doorstep. No need for cars as bus and rail stations are near by so traveling into Italy, Monaco, etc is so cheap and easy. The beach is right behind the apartment so no need to hump towels etc far. The property is clean and well maintained and the agents so helpful and friendly. I would and have recommended this property to my friends and family. I have been here with a girls getaway and with my grandchildren aged 14 & 10
