This spacious apartment is the whole of the ground floor of a beautiful villa and is completely self contained. It is a comfortable temperature in summer and cosy in winter. It has been newly renovated by its English owners to form a welcoming, attractive apartment, furnished with a mixture of antique and modern, western and eastern influences. The 1800 sq. m. garden contains numerous palm trees and plenty of choices for sun and shade. The fabulous new floodlit pool is 10 x 5.5 m. There are high walls and locked gates and ample parking spaces for several cars. This is an ideal location, very close to one of the best beaches on the island - Cala Llenya is a Blue flag beach, wonderful for families and safe for swimming in the crystal clear water. It is situated in a beautiful part of the island, perfect for both country and coastal walks, within easy reach of many other beaches and villages and only four minutes drive from San Carlos and the famous Las Dalias hippy market.

This property is not near the night club areas of Ibiza as shown on British TV. Most sports are within easy reach including water sports and diving tuition. There are two golf courses and several fitness gyms in Santa Eulalia, all offering short term membership. There are several small supermarkets within easy reach, restaurants, pharmacy, bank, private and state medical clinics, shops, an antique shop and the Bar Anita, made famous in hippy days. The hippy market at Las Dalias is on the road to Santa Eulalia. This attractive little town has many shops, a wonderful indoor food market and lots of restaurants, all child friendly. There is a long promenade next to the sea and a new luxury marina. Ibiza is very picturesque with its white washed churches and houses, its gentle landscape and little fields, often filled with wild flowers, its coastal scenery and pine clad hills. The air is clean, the light is bright and the sunsets are stunning. Come to Ibiza and feed your soul.

  • Christmas week includes a christmas tree, lights, pudding, mince pies - lovely walks and some warm sunshine.

    Please email for any last minute prices. A 10% discount is offered for summer 2010 bookings made by mid-December.
    The deposit is now only 25% for 2010 bookings and is payable by UK cheque, euro cheque or banker's draft.
    The balance is payable on arrival. Your dates are reserved for you as soon as you ask to make a booking and confirmed when we receive your deposit.
    The security/damages deposit is 250 euros and this is, of course, refundable if all is well with the apartment.
    Winter bookings include heating.

  • Bathroom 1 is en suite to the main bedroom. There are two hairdryers and several bath robes. All towels, including beach towels, are provided and are changed twice a week. Radiators, if needed for the winter months, at a small extra charge. There is also a pool shower and another shower in the couryard with hot and cold water - very useful for getting rid of the sand when you come back from the beach. Good water pressure throughout.

  • An additional single bed can be provided if required plus a travel cot. All beds have good mattresses and egyptian cotton sheets and these are changed weekly. They also have breathable mattress and pillow protectors for your well being. All rooms have table fans and fly screens at the opening windows and radiators if required for the winter months. The main bedroom has french windows opening onto the swimming pool area and there is a child gate. The second bedroom has a view out to the pool. All bedrooms have ample storage space.

Notes: The electric juicer means you can have freshly squeezed oranges every morning. The San Carlos water is rated safe to drink and there is a Kenwood water filter jug in the kitchen so there is no need to buy heavy bottles of water. Very good water pressure and plenty of hot water. A bag of ice cubes is provided in your welcome pack along with essential provisions to start your holiday. The apartment is cleaned very thoroughly for your arrival with a quick clean weekly if you are staying for more two weeks or longer. All maintenance of the apartment, courtyard, garden and pool is carried out on a daily basis by the English owners so you do not have any strangers coming and going. The modern filtration system for the pool does not use chlorine - irresistible. Babysitting, extra cleaning and catering can all be provided if required - washing can be hung out for you - just tell us how we can help make your holiday more perfect.
